He does have ADS on the LMG. You have to turn toggle ADS off in the options, otherwise it won't work. Unless they fixed this.

Issue then is finding an area big enough to fit the shield and machine gun where you aren't hilariously exposed on any flanks. You still have a fair bit of the torso poking out even with the shield too. Of course the shield is useful with it, but it really isn't useful enough tbh.
Maybe if they let it do a full 360 rotation around the stand like in his operator video, you are still a huge sitting duck in a game about mobility due to the fact you are standing and can't pop off of the gun quickly as it is - takes about a second. That and piercing shields and he would be pretty balanced tbh - he would be a counter to shields, but would still be vulnerable to any flanker or those who use exposives - fuze would remain an especially good hard counter to him, as would anyone with frags.
On thinking and reading here, there are really two ways they could go:
1) Hallway denial tachanka - give him a shield mounted to his LMG that moves with it, restrict his arc of fire from the amount it currently is to about 90 degrees, add shield piercing and let him get off the gun instantly. He gets destroyed by flankers and is very situational to hallways, but might be able to run from a Fuze charge or nade. Maybe even let him pierce reinforced walls due to the VERY limited firing arc.
2) Area denial tachanka - let him rotate the gun 360 degrees, and add piercing shields. Leave the delay to get off the gun. Gets destroyed by any flankers, but is at least better than he currently is where anyone can destroy someone on an LMG.
Or maybe I should just git gud and he is fine as is?

My team for Vegas back in 2006 came first and second in two different seasons of Gamebattles and I really miss those days. I'd be down for practicing and playing the shit out of this game.
Well the tournament starts tomorrow at 2pm CST so there isnt a lot of "practice" left

I liked the idea of his turret staggering shields, causing the shield user to use two hands on the shield, preventing them from using their pistols.
On the night I've gone 87-23-34. Absolute demolition majority of games. Took stats from 1.6 W/L and 1.6 K/D to 1.9 W/L and 1.7 K/D.

If the howa type 89 comes in then they should do the Nambu M60 revolver as well. Pretty much anything else are from other countries.
