I feel like a complete moron when I play ranked. Casual is an easy roll over almost every match if I'm queued with just one other person, but ranked doesn't allow all the stupid antics I normally do and it's not easy to just switch play styles.

I also feel like casual doesn't lend itself to good practice, for reasons that people are terrible in it and that the matches are too short. Yeah, it's casual, but I'd rather have something like a first to five format with one OT round than first to three. It's just more time in a single match to experiment.

Well, I figured my computer had registry errors anyway due to the occasional bluescreen so I thought fuck it, reset my computer back to factory got rid of anything. Installed uplay and then RSS.

I just got accused of hacking. Map was Oregon, playing as Glaz. First was a lucky shot from the small building window that looks across to the big window where dorm room is. I took a pot shot and got a blind headshot right through the window barricade, in addition to some other kills. We win that round, so they get to use that position again. Second time around Castle barricades it but that doesn't stop shit for Glaz. I break the barricade and Mute comes running and crouching in front of the window, so I pot shot the wall below it and kill him, peak the window and make a Castle run off into a corner my teammate kills, and a Kapkan runs out and I just double body shot him dead. Enemy team was fucking livid.
This is also after I just straight up shot dead a hostage in the first round. :v:

I feel like Glaz is a much less greedy character than I first thought. If you position yourself good enough and know when to play aggro he's great.

It's faster to deploy so you can do stuff like this

Ashe's grenades would make too much of a ruckus and you wouldn't be able to do it so close to yourself

Forced my game to connect to C-US instead of the default Eastern. Suddenly I'm not longer the last person to load in. Weird how that works when you play in the correct region.
