ranked feels like such a waste of time
casual just has the perfect match length imo
I love the format in ranked. I love being able to pick where the objective is and where I can deploy. I like the longer rounds, I like the longer OT. I don't like the random side pick for OT but I don't know what you could do about that to make it fair. I really don't like casual that much, it's just shorter and the people are way worse than ranked.
Anyone else ever hear an operator moan when you select them from the operator screen? It kinda spooked me.

We did that once except we all kept getting our asses kicked. The other team copied and they got their ass kicked as well. No one can coordinate properly! The strategy was too much for us to handle

Did that on hostage yacht the other day. We baited out their c4s and then just walked down the bottomfloor hallway as a metal wall. You could almost hear kapkan scream "R2, shut down all the garbage mashers on detentionlevel" when we caught up to him.

Defender recruit gets nitro which is nice, but I swear he only gets one reinforced wall, Still, good with nitro I suppose.

The bloom in this game continues to piss me off. If you look through a door that has a window open in the background, you see almost pitch black. It's fucking absurd.
edit: I'd also like to talk about how Frost's primary gun has [I]zero[/I] recoil.

All but one have god awful stats, but flipped on aimbot and wallhacks after the first round because I killed 3 of them in a row from a window.

I wish they used the pre-alpha models for medium and heavy recruit. Also it really sucks that recruits can only reinforce 1 wall.

I'm still sad they ditched the pre-alpha/"gameplay reveal" models, but using them for the recruit? That'd be hella great, there's something about the current recruit that makes him look goofy.
I hope they really do focus on the recruit class, like being able to set up specific loadouts for him instead of having 30 seconds to do everything including equipping proper gear
Had an awesome Ranked match yesterday. We won 4 to 1.
I rekt them, hard. 15 Kills to 2 deaths, I got death cams on 4 rounds, it was so awesome. They accused me of hacking and stuff. God it felt good being on the otherside for once (usually I'm the one going "that's fishy" but with the right team and guess what... no communication, I was the lone clutcher.
Operators of choice? Buck and Frost. God damn those welcome mats, they make hilarious end of round kills. (Swings in from Window, kachunk... round over).
Dunno how people use Buck. That recoil is fucking ridiculous. Really getting the hang of playing with Jager and IQ on higher sensitivity. It's incredibly powerful when you know what you're doing. I'm usually finishing with 8-12 kills a game on ranked now that I've adjusted my play style. I've gotten to a more freely open-fire kind of style. Used to I'd take my time and check carefully and really conserve my ammo. Now if I know roughly where my enemy is I'll just flip out and put rounds their way. Firing first + suppressive fire is so incredibly powerful. If you shoot on anticipation you can do so much more damage.
I use the shotgun to open doors, windows etc. Three shots, use the recoil and it's open. The rest is upto you. I use the ACOG sight and I get some sick headshots.
Usually stand somewhat to the side of the door, hit it three times, it's open and throw a flashbang in, then a teammate goes in clears, we move in.
really hate how challenges work.
Like you beat a challenge and it resets the timer on all your other challenge slots like wtf. either that or I'm just confused how it actually works. I have the season pass and have access to 5 challenge slots, but can really only use 1 at a time.
