Yeah, it does, and it works like VAC where they're not going to get banned the instant they turn on whatever they're using. Report it to Ubi through their support page and they'll get banned. Don't just bitch about it.
imo iq should be able to identify pulse regardless whether or not his sensor is actually out. technically the thing should still be running, no way he turns it on and off each time.

This to the extreme. IQ is basically useless right now. Friendly tech should not show up + Pulse should show up full-time.
It would be a good counter to the whole pulse can see everyone thing but IQ can see him all the time. Makes her a good spotter for the team

I mean, that's what he does.
All you're doing then it putting one specific op at a major disadvantage vs. another op that, when played by an observant player, is already countered.
How about that Thatcher though? Literally no counterplay to him and he blows away every electronic defense the enemy has in an insane area. Only op that can counterplay him is a really skilled Bandit picking up his shock box at the right time, and before Frost was around the defending team would lose every gadget they had. I hate playing Thatcher but he is probably the most broke op in the game.
They should drastically reduce the range of the emp at least behind walls. For example an emp that goes literally into the room would have greater effect than one thrown up against the wall, which would maybe only take out the specific gadgets on that wall
When IQ pulls out her sensor she says "if it runs on batteries I'll see it" so she should literally be able to see everything that runs on batteries. Even guns that have optics on them because with the exception of the ACOG all the optics in the game are battery operated.

Realistically that doesn't make sense but I'd agree with that. Shit's pretty crazy when you're playing, say, on Kanal in second floor of brown building and every gadget in the room gets shut down by two EMP's from Thatcher on the roof.

Yeah it makes no sense that Thatcher can take out scopes but IQ can't see it. I understand why that is but its still silly
The issue with Pulse is that information is the key to the game, and unless there is an operator that can counter Pulse's ability to collect information, he'll be able to dominate as a roamer or even picking up on approaching enemies at the objective. The only thing that can come close to countering Pulse is IQ or god level drone play.
I don't think God level drone play is needed to counter Pulse, just good drone play.

tbh if the player was a sub50 ping and was listening, that shot is easily made without hacks. I'm not saying it wasnt hacks, but I can see how it could be defended.
Report it anyway and let Ubi deal with it

He was slowwalking, heard the LOUDEST THING IN THE WORLD down the hall, aimed down his sights, looked down the hallway, saw movement, hand twitched and clicked and got a lucky headshot.
I think I'd use the holosight more if it wasn't tan coloured.

He insta-headshotted me, and my friend behind me. In the webm, he instantly snapped on both our heads and did a double kill. It's not luck, it has nothing to do with noise, it has nothing to do with game mechanics. That guy was blatantly hacking, even his own team called him out on it and did that kind of stupid shit (insta-headshots through six walls) for three rounds and ended the game with a 18/0.
I just hate when people feel the need to constantly doubt your words, like "i know better because...". The hackers are real. The game you play has kids hacking left and right. Get over it.

its not possible to headshot through 6 walls and no one said the hackers werent real. I just provided a situation where the action could be defended.

My brother dropped all other attackers for recruit with 5-7. He keeps on clutching every single game due to the ridiculous aimspeed, high amount of ammo and the fact that every headshot is a kill.
