Think about this though, there's 4 females to 16 males. That's literally 1/4th the roster, and majority of men are still 1 armor or two.

I think it's pretty amazing that only in December 2015 women were starting to get allowed into the Navy Seals, and Rainbow Six went ahead and put one in asap.
Also, I always feel bad when my team starts setting up or sending in drones at the beginning of a round and all we hear is a lot of gunfire as the other team has a teamkiller who reduces them to like 1-2 people. What's the punishment for teamkilling nowadays?

Well I played one such game yesterday and the TKer seemingly did get kicked –•but then rejoined a round later (lucky matchmaking I'm guessing).
