Shame, cause it runs REALLY well with the multicore optimization, without vsync i crack 120fps frequently. I've heard the vsync is bugged, and that frame spikes freak the engine out, but fuck 30FPS. In between crashing, i've been building a troll A-Class Volvo 850R. No weight reduction, heavier rims than stock, and a roll cage for nearly 3700lb. It's pretty quick and doesn't always win, but it's a treat when people in their 1-ton racecars try to fuck with me.
i have a 4 ton a class titan, though i haven't actually tried using it yet.

Right I need someone to help me explain what's going on here In some games like Driveclub VR, when you're in a lobby you can check out the progress that other players have made in the game. Eg for Driveclub VR, the maximum level you can reach is level 60 at 28,000,000 XP, but you can continue to gain XP even after you've reached that level. Then there are ten level 50+ challenges, which I have completed, so my profile appears as 'level 60, 10'. There's also progress in single player, which is out of 162 stars, and I have all of them. So what interests me is every now and then, I'll join a lobby with a player or two who have well beyond 28,000,000 XP; some players I've seen had almost 300,000,000 XP, compared to my own 35,000,000 XP. But they haven't completed any of those level 50+ challenges, and they haven't even completed single player. And funniest of all, I tend to beat them in races, while still driving clean. So what's the deal? Are they people who just dedicate their entire lives to playing that game online (it's only been out for six months, of which I've had the game for four months), and never worrying about the single player or challenges? But if that were the case, how come I'm often able to beat them? How else would they accumulate so much XP?
i have a 4 ton a class titan, though i haven't actually tried using it yet.
I just built a Titan too. The Rims are glitched, and replacing the stock ones will add 4500-6500lbs :v: I raced it a couple times at ~5-6 tons, it was loads of fun even though I never won. I backed it off to 7100lb now and it's alright [t]http://i.imgur.com/mKYTn6E.jpg[/t] srsly wat, and these weren't the heaviest ones.
This looks spectacular. This guy has a bunch of gameplay videos on his channel. I'm pretty blown away at how convincing the generated stages look. While I was watching, I was convincing myself that I had driven on parts of the course shown before, but obviously I haven't - it's all random. Really looking forward to this.

I forgot how utterly useless B spec drivers are in GT4. I decided to let it race while I went to eat, thinking a Ford GT upgraded to produce nearly 800 hp would have no trouble beating stock Camaros, Corvettes and the like. It finished fifth.

Ill see if 4 works better.

You really have to baby the car before the race starts, soft tires if it's a short race, harder if it's something like the nurgburgring, wet if it rains, see if anything else needs tuning for the weather and then let him race.

Doing it myself I finished with a 12 second lead, and I'm not a particularly good driver. Apparently your driver gets better by winning races, but even with stupidly overpowered cars it doesn't win races.
I got Gran Turismo 4 set up in PCSX2, and it's fantastic, but sadly no matter what settings I choose it crashes on license A-11, so I can't get my A license and progress any farther. edit: got it working by disabling some other stuff, so text renders weird, but its playable. Also fuck iB-15.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/LaS2kdx.png[/t] Here's what I used on an OC'd i5 and GTX1070

Pretty sure that's what I used to do when the driver was useless I've got memories of entering a BSpec for classic cars at Nordschliefe, one of the opponents was the Shelby Cobra and none of the cars in the race could touch it so I bought one to take it on. Fucker didn't turn up when I ran the race again

I took the same approach, but let my driver do the driving, and he won that race, but came in second in the championship. It would have been easy had the other Cobra not been there.
so the next NFS is called Payback, and here's the cover art
Formula fusion is out of Early access and it has a demo, for some reason you can't turn motion blur off.
Sounds like nos purging is back in NFS Payback too, and we got tire smoke now
Pre-Order Need For Speed Payback Deluxe Edition The Need for Speed™ Payback Deluxe Edition gives you an edge over the competition with up to 3 days of early access to the full game. Stand out from the crowd with exclusive customization items and receive in-game discounts, Rep bonuses, and five shipments to get your adventure started. But the most exciting news:
"So, when release day rolls around for the next Need for Speed, you will be able to play through a single player experience completely offline. Before you ask, and we know you will, this does mean you will be able to pause the game."
Basically the story is a discount Fast film, which is hilarious but also much preferable to 2015's dudebro monsterwanking. Waiting for solid gameplay footage, particularly of cop chases and the physics in general. The ability to salvage and refurbish wrecks found around the world sounds cool but we'll see. Most importantly though, no Diablo or 86 and i'm gonna be pissed.
eh, looks pretty dull.
Definitely not too interested in the story, but if the customization is on par or better than NFS2015 and the driving physics are less dumb I'll probably have to pick it up
They're touting customization is better than ever and with the salvage builds we might actually see less stupid performance modding, but only time will tell.

I am highly upset that Tokyo Xtreme Racer will never be made for Xbox again after a failed launch of Import Tuner Challenge. It looks like a great game, but unfortunately I hate the 360 controller so bad and I don't feel like buying it due to its lower content. But I would definitely buy Import Tuner 2. As long as it isn't The Crew kinds of physics that Ubi likes to do. Genki developed the first, but they don't want to make another. [editline]6th June 2017[/editline] Also because Genki is dead I think, I forgot about that

So who is getting DiRT 4 then? I am quite impressed with the idea of randomly generated stages as this should give the game a lot more longevity than DiRT Rally. I have also heard good things about the new simulation handling model as well. I might wait for some user reviews and see what people make of it.

Sounds like there's a lot more grip this time which has me a little worried though. Hoping CM might lower it like they did with DR a few times in early access.

I also saw some discussions on Reddit about this and some amateur drivers said that the amount of sliding in Rally was actually a bit unrealistic and Dirt 4 might have it right. I am still confident that it'll at least be as much of a challenge to drive properly as Rally but I will probably still wait for some user reviews to find out more before I buy it.
Getting it as well, glad they gave the ibiza a proper engine sound this time round.
