I may be getting an Xbox sooner than I thought, since the need for speed release date for PC got pushed into spring of 2016. Hopefully that means it'll be a far better port than rivals, but I'm still wicked fucking sad about it. :frown: http://www.destructoid.com/need-for-speed-pc-launch-delayed-into-2016-310718.phtml

I think that's worthwhile, but I've also signed up for the beta on Xbox. That way I can judge whether I should wait or cancel my preorder and just get it on Xbox.
This is what I do irl when the driver has to eat a burger with two hands definitely not recommended
driver could wait 5 minutes and sit in the parking spot for 5 minutes to eat his burger. driver is a retard [editline]15th September 2015[/editline]
I may be getting an Xbox sooner than I thought, since the need for speed release date for PC got pushed into spring of 2016. just did my first race in the dallera DW12 one of the best cars i have used in iracing so far and its a lot more fun racing with cautions, dunno why they dont have cautions in d class races even if it was just the open setup ones

sk and late model are pretty clean, i can see why cautions arnt on rookie or national races your just giving people free laps. people always mention trading paints but i think you should get the JJ spotter pack before anything else theres more variety to the calls and better calls in general www.dwarehouse.com
Great news :v:
In Other news the new roadbook is upon us and with it some news about things to come.
Version 0.80 of DiRT Rally adds Finland to the list of rally locations. ‘Flying Finland’ is no joke. The first thing that strikes you is the three-dimensionality of the tracks. Dips, crests, and jumps around almost every corner. The second thing you notice is that it’s really quite difficult to slow down for an unseen 3-right when you’re not actually in contact with the ground! The Simulation Group have been applying what they’ve learned during the Early Access process back into some of the existing rally classes of cars. The 60s, 70s, 80s RWD and 2010 WRC classes have all had a ‘v2 handling’ pass. I’m not going to go into what they’ve done exactly, but driving my little Fiat 131 around Greece is better than ever. Definitely a great excuse to revisit the earlier car classes if you’ve progressed through to the higher performance cars. As mentioned in the previous Road Book, we have implemented Custom Championships in v0.80. This mode separates difficulty from event duration. If you’re short on time you can choose to run a season that consists of three 2-stage events, at Masters difficulty. Alternatively, you could set up a series of five 12-stage events at Open difficulty. It’s up to you.

The AI department have been working to improve avoidance around the forks in the Rx tracks. While they’re not exactly going to politely wave you through as they elect to take a Joker lap, the AI now should at least acknowledge your existence and try not to drive straight through you! You should also notice that the AI has become a little more competitive. We have added mouse support to the UI in v0.80. This is very much a first step to a complete solution. Adding mouse support to an existing UI system isn’t as easy as it would first appear! Please try it out and tell us how you want it to work. Finally, we have been trying our best to fix the various performance and save game issues that people have been reporting on our forums – v0.80 has a fix that could reduce the stuttering that some people are still experiencing.
Once I reached the 8 stage events I would just keep DNF'ing so that I could be demoted to the earlier leagues. I love the progression but hated how it got longer each time, because to me even 4 stages across 3 events is a hell of a haul.
Alright boys the Dirt League is Back in business, with a short Iron Man competition with the 2010 cars. Do you Like Night stages? Do you like rainy stages? Do you like not having retries, or not having service station because you crashed your car? Well too bad, this is Iron Man. As per usual everyone gets 1 week of practice time and given the circumstances, you better use it.

I apparently slipped down to fifth now, but it was nice while it lasted. Also, it appears that my steering wheel is so old, that the game thinks that it is an controller.
fuckin trucks, goodbye SR
2 new cars coming to MT5 JP [t]http://wanganmaxi-official.com/wanganmaxi5/jp/img/slideMain_32.jpg[/t] International got BRZ and 86 few days ago
Project Cars, more like Project fucking GT3 or Project fucking Monza. Why is it that 9 out of 10 online races are in group GT3? Where's the love for GT4, where the cars are harder to drive, or Group 5 or Historic Touring? And why is Monza so damn popular?
[vid]http://webm.host/02712/vid.webm[/vid] :what:
iracing's really pissing me off this week/season all the class c races are disasters so i thought id do a few sk races to earn some sr/ir bad idea i lost .3 sr in one races from 4x's where i didnt even touch another car indy seems most reliable especially with this weeks course but on the otherhand its a lot easier to disable your car in indy
DiRT Rally feels so much different that DiRT 3.
DiRT Rally feels so much different that DiRT 3.
Because Rally is about as close to a hardcore rally sim as you'll get these days, whereas DiRT 3 was purely arcade and more festival-centric. They're both great games, but trying to play 3 after Rally feels pretty bad.

Though i'm still stuck with the 60's cars and i don't like FWD at all :V
i think the 70' cars are about as easy to drive as the 60's for me at this point its the little things that let dirt rally down like the poor implantation of the gearbox/clutch and it being dx11 only

like i said these are little things, its not like i cant run dx11 games it'd just be nice to have the option of using 9 for softth until rift/vive are released when its already supported by the engine

It's quite twitchy a car when pushed, but when it's pushed, it's fast. EDIT: Or you're playing with assists.
I caved in and bought an xbone and Forza 6. I have yet to see any major changes since Forza 4, except the brake pedal on the controller is super sensitive. The brakes lock if you press the trigger anything more than 15%
Is there anyway to avoid breaks locking on a keyboard

who needs downforce? i drove 35 laps with no rear bodywork and finished 8th [t]http://i.imgur.com/7fOCB3S.jpg[/t]
They should slightly increase the grip on dirt roads in DiRT Rally. I'm stuck on a dirt road map because every time i either crash to a rock or spin out¨ Or i'm just bad
Or i'm just bad
This. Honestly, there are some people who want more grip and some who want less grip while I think it's fine as is.

This week we gave our trusted testers a sneak peak of the update so that they can give us some preliminary feedback before it heads out into the wild next week.

For the most part they have been extremely complimentary of the update. The general consensus is that the new Finland stages and the 2001 Ford Focus and 2001 Subaru Impreza are great fun to drive. These cars come with our new v.2 handling and that has been met with a very positive reception. That also translates into the other car classes that we have updated (60s, 70s, 80s RWD, and 2010s).
:speedfap:
