I've got it. I don't think I've done any X class races though. It annoys me how often the career makes you do Long Beach though. Seriously it pops up in every set of races. I fucking hate Long Beach in that game, I always turn the difficulty down now when it pops up because of enraging I find it to be I really enjoy it otherwise. I like the physics over 5. The cars feel like their on ice less but weight shift seems to play a more important role. Gives you loads of information[/QUOTE]Never played 5, recently got my Xbox One and I'm still getting used to the triggers. They feel smaller and they don't go as far as the 360 ones. I do enjoy the controller feedback it feels very nice and I can learn a lot from just feeling the vibration. And honestly the AI isn't that hard, still slightly more difficult than Forza 4 but that was honestly the easiest shit.

But GT2's difficulty was stupidly high in simulation mode compared to GT1 and you often had to complete the same series multiple times just to be able to move forward in the game. That, and it was WAY too easy to get stuck. You could seriously end up with an underpowered car, no money, and unable to win any races. GT1 was a much better game overall because Polyphony didn't really know what they were doing; with GT2 they tried to cram too much into one disc.

So on the second stage I think it was, where it becomes "ice patches from here", somewhere in that bit of area there's a snow wall close to the mountain. If one drove off the road there you get totaled apparently. So DNF for my part of the race.

This is my Assetto Corsa experience with a DFGT. You can tone it down by ruinng the ffb but never completely get rid of it. Really annoying. Not nearly this bad in Dirt rally but still there.
