Anyone know of a stand for my pedals? My office chair is on it's lowest height but my feet feel uncomfortable on the pedals when they're on the floor. Might see if I can make a makeshift one under my desk.
I put a spare computer case sideways on the floor and let the back of the pedals hit the wall.
I put a spare computer case sideways on the floor and let the back of the pedals hit the wall.
I do have a large plastic box that could be perfect for it if I fill it inside with stuff, but when I buy the T3PA Pro pedals, I'm not sure if it could take the weight. I'll have to see.
I built one from plywood. E:
Ready yourselves for massive understeer.
You weren't kidding, holy fuck, how am I supposed to drive this?
http://burnout.wikia.com/wiki/Euro_Circuit_Racer_(Burnout_3) its one of the ones you get near 100% completion
Ah that makes sense. Haven't finished it yet.
I built one from plywood. E: You weren't kidding, holy fuck, how am I supposed to drive this?
The Renault can be fun to drive and drift around corners, but it becomes really hard for me once I go fast. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you don't beat me for once. :v:
I built one from plywood. E: You weren't kidding, holy fuck, how am I supposed to drive this?
Only tried it around Greece and Germany so far but, on the former it's not so bad. The thing is extremely stable so you can (and need to imo) push it about a lot with flicks and heavy handbrake abuse. Throttle management isn't that big a deal either which makes it surprisingly good at the hairpin stages. Germany I'll let you know when I stop sliding off into the trees.
Raceroom experience is pretty good. Might put money into it, but think I'd rather just get iracing, especially since there's sale on it and that's where the cool people seem to be at.
if you want to try iracing use a promo, the best one i could find was 3 months for 5$ and dont be put off by people saying you have to pay for everything, for road racing the base content is some of the most popular

Raceroom's pay model fragments and prevents any chance of the game gaining traction as a multiplayer pubracing game. Online in R3E is practically dead if you're not in ED time zones and on life support you are. It's a total shame because if anybody has the infrastructure and content to do multiplayer well, Raceroom does.
I wonder, why did Ghost added bunch of youtubers logos to Need For Speed? Are they trying to get back to the old NFS World days when youtubers used to kiss dev's asses in exchange for fame.
this is how I play dirt rally today - like shit and die it was direct hit from jump I had no control over this is becoming frustrating, but I believe it's just because I play Dirt only at our league

I can only assume that the other ones were too. The recent content update is decent but I have no friends to play with on PC since I sold my Xbone copy. Does anyone here actively play it on PC or is it just me?
so i was playing rfactor 2 and uh both the williams decided to take off in the middle of the race [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/447356759783668548/AE1E5C872F3520C0303A2740C099B9F770B759D7/[/t] and like 5 laps later [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/447356759783670906/415E0F8CF7B2E18857E10D3DE1053CBA87456A23/[/t]

it sounds like it's just their first step to doing PC releases, I'm sure Forza 7 will be
i think it's because forza 6 was never planned to be on pc
:( Did they say why they're not just releasing the full game?
I'm pretty sure it's just a performance/demographic test. When they move to PC with future Forza titles they'll want to know the hardware of their audience. Also, their engine probably still needs a lot of work for PC in terms of optimization and bugs, so this is a test-bed so that they can fix the biggest problems before they release something that costs money.
I need to stop taking this game seriously, it hurts my head. [t]http://horobox.co.uk/u/reag/2016-05-04_01-05-19.jpg[/t] [t]http://horobox.co.uk/u/reag/2016-05-04_01-08-02.jpg[/t] Like how the actual fuck?
Been loving the new NFS. I already have a fleet of my 5 best cars up and running. [t]http://i.imgur.com/cmNFnfO.jpg[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/NgqVYAA.jpg[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/sEE15Zv.jpg[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/2GrcQcM.jpg[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/jxbM6Nn.jpg[/t]

I have seriously only lost one race against players in this bad boy, and it's because I flew into a wall at full speed, though that might be because everyone on PS4 seems to blow ass. Performance upgrades are nuts. My fully upgraded Corvette can't match my Trueno. [t]http://i.imgur.com/E0Va5CI.jpg[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/Be9lI0V.jpg[/t] Speaking of which, the Corvette. I had originally been basing it on the Corvette from NFS Most Wanted (2005)'s Intro but somewhere down the line I just decided to give it a random design. It's supposedly better than the Trueno but because the Trueno can literally just drift through the fucking void it will always annihilate it, and the Trueno is faster accelerating as well so straights become a test of length.
The Z06 is absolute killer for drifting.
aww shiet i'm in the big leagues now [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/275094594966452221/8BFC09A29498993A36CBDEE2F79994DE97694271/[/t] Not bad for being the 1st GT, grips better than ST variant.
The Z06 is absolute killer for drifting.
It does do a good job, but I've found it more suited to a primarily grip race style purely because it cannot match the Trueno's drifting capabilities, it's simply too heavy to maintain speed like the Trueno does. For roaming the streets though I almost always use the 'vette, simply because it's a pleasure to drive. Sometimes my Diablo SV as well, but I still need to actually come up with a nice design for it.

I use it strictly for drift train and touge events because of how slippery it is. And the fact it can maintain the drift while holding on at 50 mph indefinitely is pretty legit and makes for some high chained points.
Burnout Revenge cars
I remember spending DAYS trying to unlock the Euro Classic LM and other special cars. Absolutely loved Revenge, I wish all the cars made it into Paradise.
Revenge was definitely the strongest of the series. I feel Paradise was a step in the worst direction possible for that franchise. It was a good idea on paper and the game is definitely really good. The problem is that having it be entirely open world coupled with going "anywhere you want" in A-to-B races meant crashes and chaos were few and far in between. And crash time was replaced by the lackluster Showtime. What made Burnout great was the enclosed circuit tracks which meant everyone was locked together and chaos was among one another was rampent. Paradise killed that. I also missed how Burnout usually had tracks set in one of 3 different locations across the world. Even so the free roaming and the challenges were definitely a lot of fun. If they decided to make an open world game like NFS 2015 where you had a mix of /enclosed/ sprint and circuit races along with 3 different cities to explore it would the best Burnout game.
