I was in the PC beta for TDU2 way back when. It had a glitch that wiped your entire hard drive if you tried to uninstall it.
so finally FH3 specs are out, and yes it went gold http://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/news/fh3_gonegold
Okay seriously wtf So the game is set in Australia, and the developer said that they would focus on Australian car culture... yet only 14 of the 350 cars in the game are Australian; half of which are already in Forza 6 which means they could only be bothered to add in seven more, and you need to have VIP and a DLC pack to access three of them. I'm seriously contemplating just cancelling my pre-order. The 'Australian car culture' was a big reason for why I not only pre-ordered FH3, but also for buying an XB1 in the first place. I wasn't expecting them to do something like 100 Australian cars out of 350 cars total, that's unrealistic, but 14 (or only 4%) is just pathetic. It should have been at least double of that. So once again, Australians are given the short end of the stick. Even for a video game set in Australia.
as someone who doesn't know Australian car culture too well, what cars are you missing? [editline]30th August 2016[/editline]
so finally FH3 specs are out, and yes it went gold http://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/news/fh3_gonegold
that last sentence is scary.
Anyone here into iRacing? Played it a while ago but I don't have enough room on my desk to permanently clamp my wheel.
for what purpose.
it says recommended, not minimum. doubt it makes a difference tbh.
for what purpose.

it says recommended, not minimum. doubt it makes a difference tbh.
The anniversary update is the one that includes the Xbox Play Anywhere feature, so yeah it's totally required. Other than that, the achievements look good. Interested to see what upgrading festival sites and midnight battles will be. I come pretty close to the recommended specs, sans CPU. I can play Apex pretty well though so no worries
I honestly didn't realize there was even 28 "Australian car culture" cars at all :v:
that last sentence is scary.

One additional note for PC players, we know there are a lot of PC players who want to know more about using wheels in Forza Horizon 3. Look for an update on wheel support in Forza Horizon 3 on Windows 10 in an upcoming story in the future.
Does that mean we're not getting wheel support on the PC on launch?
I honestly didn't realize there was even 28 "Australian car culture" cars at all :v: Does that mean we're not getting wheel support on the PC on launch?
Probably a seperate blogpost detailing what exact wheels will be supported, that's my guess
I honestly didn't realize there was even 28 "Australian car culture" cars at all :v:
Haha I could even go on. AU series Ford Falcon XR8 or FTE TE50 T3, BF series FPV F6 Typhoon, VS series HSV ClubSport, V2/VZ series Holden Monaro CV8 (or HSV Coupe GTO, or HRT 427), EL series Ford Falcon XR8, and Utes such as XR6 Turbo or XR8 Utes, Holden Utes, Maloos etc. Funny thing about the HRT 427 actually. Holden modified several Monaros for GT racing, and they were able to score outright victories against Ferraris, Porsche 911s and Lamborghinis [t]http://m5.i.pbase.com/u41/chrisg/upload/26904635.IMG_6965_CRa.jpg[/t] [t]http://www.italiancar.net/images/Nations%20Cup%2001_lg.jpg[/t] And fuck it, ONE LAST THING: John Bowe's Torana sedan that he's been racing in the TCM, with Mustang and XB Falcon in the background [t]http://nnimgt-a.akamaihd.net/transform/v1/crop/frm/j98Hh85wiUB5yeTBh2fLTR/6c8bf055-281d-433d-898e-b0aac69af987.JPG/r0_0_4896_3264_w1200_h678_fmax.jpg[/t] Point is, all of this potential JUST WASTED (I felt like I had to wave around my Aussie Aussie Aussie oi oi oi boner to compensate for Playground Games not giving me something to stick it into)
Does that mean we're not getting wheel support on the PC on launch?
I'll be incredibly disappointed if this is the case. As well as a bunch of other people, so I'm gonna go ahead and say we will(hopefully).
Is F1 2016 worth buying at the moment? I've heard that it is far better than the last few F1 games Codemasters made, and most reviews are really positive about it, but is it worth paying 50 bucks for? I was thinking of maybe picking it up this week.
Guys, is it bad that I really like The Run? Everything in the game feels right. I don't even have that much of a problem with the QTE stuff either.
It seems like GT Sport is delayed until sometime in 2017
VL Turbo
you still get the Holden VL, nobody takes away your dreams to swap out the engine and make it vl turbo
It seems like GT Sport is delayed until sometime in 2017
Can Polyphony make literally anything on-time? Christ
It seems like GT Sport is delayed until sometime in 2017
thank god i'm ditching Gran Turismo after getting ear raped by the same sample of any vaccum cleaner slapped on cars
It seems like GT Sport is delayed until sometime in 2017
Making interiors for cars with stripped interiors sure is hard!
I was on the GT train until I realized Forza was just way more fun. The only thing that kinda saved GT for me at times (the huge carlist, yes I didn't reaaally mind the standards) has been removed for GT Sport, in place for ~super competitive racing~

I mean, they don't expect us to get only gt sport... Do they? Not that it matters anyway. Nearly 1300 cars in gt6 and only 200 and something are detailed, and some of them aren't that well detailed tbh. And I'm not even mentioning the fact that we got a fuckton of boring GT cars instead of getting a good few street legals that should really be in the game, like many of the sportier audis, mercs...

It's more of a spin-off or something: https://www.gtplanet.net/gran-turismo-sport-is-not-gran-turismo-7-more-substantial-than-prologue-titles/
There's not much point 'giving up' on the series. My PS4 isn't going anywhere. If they actually decide to make a good game this generation, I'll buy it.
P sure there were about 500+ premiums actually (correct me if i'm wrong)
But about 300 of those are skylines
But about 300 of those are skylines
Yeah, pretty sure at least 499 of them were Nissans
But about 300 of those are skylines
There are ~50 standard AND premium Skylines but hey lol skyline jokes aren't overused
20 miatas

I was thinking of maybe picking it up this week.
I played F1 2012-14 pretty regularly with some friends and we all have real mixed feelings on it. The core game is good and I really enjoy the driving model but, it's fairly buggy and badly optimised. Performance seems a real dice roll. Beyond that my biggest gripe is that the AIs get hyper aggressive at higher difficulties - In singleplayer it's manageable but online we're struggling to finish maybe one in ten 50% races with how suicidal they are. It can get pretty annoying. Unless you really want an F1 game I'd maybe wait until some more patches roll out.

The ending sucks shit though and makes you feel like all effort went to waste.
