do you guys think the t300 will work in horizon 3 on pc?
I can get it for 250 euro but they seem to be shooting up in prices.
i'd prefer the t300 but I'm ordering either that or a tx

I'd wait for the PC wheels blogpost before making a purchase
it's probably gonna be like a week before they announce it.
god fucking damnit.
So why do I have an update of Forza Horizon 3 of 46.34 gb it's ridiculous I'm nowhere near even playing
Might be an Xbox preload thing, people on GTPlanet are reporting it too
Anyone here into iRacing? Played it a while ago but I don't have enough room on my desk to permanently clamp my wheel.
There's A few players here, I mostly do NASCAR and skip barber although the competition in the Skippy is pretty high.
If you don't have much room something like the folding play seat might be a good option
finally let me preorder the game, now I just need to know what wheel to buy and I'll be done blowing money for a while.
God damn they've delayed gt sports again to 2017 😔
send help, I got my pedals yesterday, and now I'm running out of patience to find out if I should buy a T300 or TX for forza horizon 3.
Oh man, some French magazines got their hands on the full Horizon 3 game and now some more screens are floating around. Shit looks GOOD

Sounds so petty but I wish they used proper Australian plates like
[t]http://plate-planet.com/images/plates/Fotobatch-97770-gr.gif[/t]
or more likely due to Surfer's Paradise being the main city
[t]http://www.bringmycartoaustralia.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/QLD_standard_rego_plate.jpg[/t]
Rather than using the California style plates every game seems to use.

Oh man I need to play Maxitune more, it's so damn expensive to play though. 5DX just came to Australia too but I haven't gotten a chance to check it out yet.

I'm 80% sure the plate style changes depending on what car you have (correct me if i'm wrong though)
I'm 80% sure the plate style changes depending on what car you have (correct me if i'm wrong though)
Yeah, it seems like the plate style/shape is based on the space or "plate indentation" the car has. For example, this ute has a US looking plate:

While stuff like the Audi R8 and Centenario etc have EU style plates:

I don't mind, but it would be nice to be able to swap them around too, like having the narrower plate on an R8.
Gah, I can hardly contain my hype for Horizon 3
Really hope we get proper traffic densities this time, I love that weaving shit

US and Aus have similar plate sizes though, AU slightly wider though, so it'd be doable, plus we can also have custom Euro style plates.
Maybe it'll change with release or something, who knows.
Either way, I'm so pumped, less than a month to go now, tempted to pick up the ultimate edition but it's nearly $140 AU for it and I'm pretty weary about pre-ordering games.

this was one of the things that made TDU1 very enjoyable, I mean there wasn't ridiculous amounts of traffic but if you went 300+km/h on the highway you were almost sure to hit a car at some point so you'd usually fly around at like 200-250km/h

I loved playing LCPD:FR in GTA 4 with maximum traffic density. Trying to respond to a call on the other side of the city and weaving your way through a traffic jam was so much fun.
Playing Horizon 2 and making plates for a wrap today made me even more hype for 3. Having actual plates available will be amazing.

I just realized though that the Kenmeri skyline isn't in the game. That is one car I really hope they add, and they should since it's in FM6.

Are you surprised? The developers forgot that the game is set in Australia. That's why only 1 in 25 of the total cars on launch will be Australian.

Yeah Im pretty sad about that, shame really. Needs a Magna with a stupid Wing and as LS swap

Buy the t300 or 500 there slightly better wheels, I can't see them only supporting xbone compatible wheels on PC and if you were just buying it for fh3 why spend that sort of money? I presume there's other games/Sims you want to use it with

I'm gonna be using it for AC, LFS and other racing games on the PC too, but I'd very much like to be able to use it with Forza, I'm only really scared because of that last line about them talking about wheel support at a later date.
I'm almost sure that the T300 will work if anything will, but I just want to be sure before I spend that kinda money on the wrong wheel.
(watch as I pick up a T300 tomorrow)

you really should, earning visual parts is much less boring now bc you can unlock multiple parts from filling that one bar, but you still need to play them bc unlocked parts require in-game currency, jp challenge also got revamped so you'll see multiple opponents to select from, but you can't choose its level anymore, as well as requiring 20 ghost battle trophies to unlock
about the new tracks
shinjuku feels like c1 with sharper corners
ikebukuro feels odd but most forgiving of the 3
kobe is literal hell disguised as a track, most people run with low power (as low as 640)

I seriously hope that no one buys GT Sport. Polyphony doesn't deserve it.
While Microsoft has put out three Forza titles since the launch of the XB1 and is just about to release a fourth, Polyphony has just been sitting there with their thumb up their ass. Three years later, they haven't yet released a Gran Turismo game for PS4, GT6 was actually released for PS3 after the PS4 was launched and yet they couldn't even be bothered doing a remaster for the PS4, and on top of all of that, their first title for the PS4 will be a shitty eSports spin-off which is looking to be inferior to even the shitty Project CARS in terms of variety of content, graphics and authenticity. Oh, and did I mention that you can't even play any of the Gran Turismo games through PlayStation Now?
I'm not being a Forza fanboy. I actually pre-ordered a PS4 just for the Gran Turismo series, and I only got an XB1 and Forza 6 a few months ago. Also I'm still really pissed off that the developers of Horizon 3 forgot that the game is set in Australia, as it has barely any Australian cars. But who knows what the hell Polyphony were thinking. PS4 players are still waiting for a sandbox, semi-simulation racing game (like Forza) for their console. What does Polyphony make? A shitty eSports spin-off that no one asked for.
I ended up picking up a T300 last night, and I've been stuck in LFS since even though I got so damn bored of it before. And I havent even gotten my TH8A yet, should be coming in tomorrow.
now I can't wait for forza horizon 3 even more.
