^ It's basically a driving instruction game (that doesn't feel particularly realistic but authentic if that makes sense) that people figured out how to mod with real cars. I own it and it's quite nice to cruise around in, especially if you set it to a rainy night or just cruise around a snowy Russian city. Make of that what you will but I quite enjoyed it.
