SimRacing General: successor to Forza/Gran Turismo/Racing thread - Games

I pre ordered it digitally for Xbox assuming It'll come with that play anywhere shit.

the preload for FH3 PC just went up, but it seems some people are getting the "0x803F8001" error, myself included.

Anyone know if the PC version will be released outside of the windows store? I still find it hard to justify spending £50 on a game.

When can we preload FH3 on XB1? If we already can, I can't see an option to do so yet. In the meantime I bought two classics, Sega GT 2002 and GT4, the latter of which I never played before. I can say for sure that nostalgia goggles were affecting my memory of Sega GT, but it's still a reasonably good game and ahead of its time in some aspects. I can't believe I never played GT4 before, that would have been one of my most-favourite games as a kid even though it lost some of its 'soul' since GT3.

If Horizon 3 is a Play Anywhere title, can I just go to one of those fishy key re-sellers and purchase the Xbox One version for cheap? I don't feel like spending €60,- in the Windows Store if it can be done cheaper.

I was looking around for one, it appears to be linked to your microsoft (or at least xbox) account, so no unless you want to buy an account to play it on. That's too sketchy for me.

Any word on how the PC version of FH3 will run? I need to wait til payday to get it (I want to get the season pass too), and I want to wait and see how it runs for people with my spec. Also I got FH1 with the Games with a Gold thing and I've never played 1 or 2 before. It's getting me hype for 3!
