Had a critical bug in the beginning, script wouldn't initialize so I had to restart.
And there's this

(no spoilers, area from E3 demonstration)
Version 1.02 everyone :v:

jesus christ lol
Ahahaha that is brilliant.
What isn't brilliant though is that amazon/royal mail have fucked up my delivery and it has been delayed till tomorrow.
I'm pretty deep into the game now, but I wonder, why are there so many bugs, very serious even?
So far I've had 2 critical bugs that crashed scripting which made me restart the level, had aforementioned T-pose bug that I have in the video, had AI break down on me and I've noticed that grenades are not affected by physics engine (i.e. when they drop out from fallen enemies they hover in place where enemy died).
This game had day one patch, and it seems another one as well (hence it's v. 1.02 and not 1.01) and yet there are so many unironed out things during gameplay. It's not getting in the way of having fun but still, it's kind of unpleasantly surprising.
I'm like 2 hours in, and fuck me this game is gorgeous. Every time I'm certain it's one of the few pre-rendered video scenes the game gives me control and makes me feel dumb.
The story is pulling me in so much more than the previous 3 too. I never really felt that invested with the characters, but all the backstory/exposition in this one is much more intriguing.
This is the first game in a while that has made me say "holy shit" out loud because of how good it looks.

The same thing happened to me with Arkham Knight. I was wondering why this pre-rendered cutscene was just focusing on the waitress then it hit me that everything was being rendered realtime
Been enjoying this today, the best uncharted game so far and I've just grazed the surface.
My ONLY problem so far is the damn motion blur, hurts my eyes when I'm focusing on a wall when doing a puzzle. Also that after replaying the remastered games, going from 60 to 30fps feels odd.
Someone just showed me a potential reference to a future Naughty Dog game that's hidden ingame and what even the fuck.
Messed about with the photo feature, quality sucks as I uploaded through facebook

[sp]Its got a dark horse comic logo and a subtitle. I think it might be a hint at a comic not the sequel.[/sp]
Just finished the game, took me at least 16+ hours (I started at 10:30/11:20 AM yesterday), went to bed at 3 AM, woke up today at 11 AM and finished at 15:41.
And wow. What an experience. Uncharted 4 sure delivered.
If you still didn't bought it because of doubts, buy immediately.

[sp]Does this mean there will be Uncharted 5 starring Cassie?[/sp]
Chapter 10(?) stuff:
[sp]Just started the Madagascar driving section, and this whole semi open area with option ruins to explore thing is fucking neat.
This part is also showing how cool the dialogue in this game is. Sam was in the middle of saying something when I decided to pull over and hop out, and he transitioned between talking about whatever to asking where Nathan was going so smoothly that it sounded like that's how it was recorded.[/sp]

Early game location spoiler:
[sp]Anyone else see the whale breaching in Scotland?[/sp]
ending spoiler:
[sp]I wouldn't be surprised to see the singleplayer DLC be Sam and Sully[/sp]

[sp] I really liked the idea of Sam taking Nathan's place in the end. Felt really fitting.[/sp]
I was going to hold off on this, but I just picked it up since I've got the next four days off from work. Can't wait until it finishes downloading.
What chapter is that picture from maniacyt? Might have to avoid this thread until I complete the game, incase it has anything to do with the ending.

it's right near the start
Anyone know if it's possible to adjust the colour of the character's clothes in the multiplayer like in UC3?
I deliberately not posting anything past chapter 4-5 to avoid spoilers.
Damn, the Mettler M-30 kicks ass. That's probably my favorite gun so far.
ARX is good too, too bad it's a special gun - never more than 2 mags of ammo to shoot.
Oh man.
[sp]Getting to play Crash Bandicoot[/sp] in chapter 4 is just to awesome.
I've been playing it on my dad's PS4 those last 2 days, my dad keeps watching me play the whole thing. It's the first game he does that, but he enjoys it so much because it looks so good and it's so fucking entertaining to watch.
And of course I'm loving every second of it. Uncharted 4, a great game for the entire family.
I'm so fucking happy. My brother is getting a new phone and we are getting it at Target and if you buy it you get a $100 gift card so my brother blessed me and is allowing me to cop Uncharted.
Let's fucking go!

I am taking a ridiculous amount of screenshots with the photo mode.
A ridiculous amount.
Anyone else's Uncharted Funbux get set back to zero out of nowhere?
To be honest I'm disappointed Uncharted 4 could be the last in the series, because it's a pretty revolutionary approach to adventure games in general. Now, hear me out, it's not revolutionary per se... But it's the fact that it's so... finite? Complete? It's the most accomplished experience I've seen for an adventure game so far, and I hope many more follow its model.
Most games in that genre (linear adventure games) usually limit themselves to action sequences and puzzles, and some even include some stealth (the ability to choose the type of path, action or stealth, is a big plus). But Uncharted 4 goes even further with semi-open-world areas (with stealth possibility) and vehicles. Something that remarkably few games do, despite Half-Life 2 showing the way over 10 years ago!
Metal Gear Solid V was also a big influencer in this field during the past year, so we can only hope that video games are about to enter a new golden era of adventure games. If the next Tomb Raider game follows this model, then we'll be well on our way there.
Oh my god

Holy shit, I just finished it
[sp]The final chapters were everything I ever wanted out of a game, and that final fight with Rafe was simply excellent[/sp]
Pirates are awesome
[editline]12th May 2016[/editline]
It's like a modern, mature version of The Goonies
