One of my sims froze, she was just stood there not doing any of her actions. All of her needs were going down and the automatic actions were just piling up (such as "wet self" and "pass out"), I waited for her to die but the action "expire" just added onto the others and never happened. I ended up deleting her through MoveObjects but she still appears in relationships and on the family portrait, any way to bring her back or get rid of her permanently?
I had a sim have a baby, and she never came back from the hospital. The baby came back, but for some reason, the face in the woman's portrait vanished and she just never showed up again.

Be careful about doing this if they're getting on an elevator, though. I did that once and my sim (and the elevator) was permanently stuck. I wasn't able to fix her with repeated resetsim commands, and deleting her didn't work. And thus ended my first Sims 3 game.

Tried and it didn't work, I'm not that bothered about her it's just the game thinks my household has 8 members when it only has 7, which means I'll have to kill someone so someone else can have a baby
Im gunna make like a really cramped ghetto apartment, and stuff it full of kleptomaniacs and just strange people. And put one normal guy stuck in the middle of it all, just to see what happens.
Its really annoying that I don't like any of the towns save for Sunset Valley, which I'm really getting bored of (That and for some reason everyone's ancient or dead).
Bridgeport's nice I guess, but I don't want to stay in the urban environment with my sims all of the time. I wish there was a world with a city and a sizable suburb surrounding it. Apaloosa's okay, but its always completely deserted for some reason. And I really don't care for the one that came with ambitions. And the DLc towns are too expensive or unappealing. I don't want to be on a sci-fi planet, I can see it getting old quick.
Monte Vista, the town coming out on the 6th looks neat, but I have no doubt it'll be painfully overpriced.
Be sure to use ErrorTrap if you ever encounter Sims in your household disappearing, that'll fix it right up hopefully. It also shows how glitchy the game actually is; when I started up my game again with it installed it immediately gave me 21 error messages.
So apparently, nearly everyone in Sunset Valley that wasn't an elder is dead...
Now I'm making a bunch of new households to repopulate the town...

Yeah I moved my household out of Bridgeport to Sunset Valley since I've always had problems with that city. I'm not getting the freezing until after about 2 hours of play and using the "resetsim" command works well. Thanks for the help!

I really like the look of Lucky Palms, it reminds me of Strangeville from the Sims 2. But I don't want to spend more money on the game.

Considering it's nearly $40 AUD for the gold edition of the town and you only get a casino and some extra decor stuff, totally not worth it.

And I'd recommend Seasons, personally. Its pretty solid. probably one of my favorites, up there with Late Night and Ambitions.

I added a ton of new households to my save on Starlight Shores, so you're not a lone there.
Though, I did it because my old sim, DJ Wubby Wub (seen below | RIP), had pissed off people at one of the SimFests, and all 30 or so people in the town hated him.

I ended up adding at least 50 or so new lots to the town, having them be on various paths and walkways off of the road (like in the middle of the town where the park is), so now there's a ton of people who don't hate me.

Man, I love Bridgeport, but I swear it's the glitchiest town of 'em all... But other towns are lacking in the cool urban feel, as well as the cool community lots.

World Editor gets simple after using it so many times, but it does bring it's challenges to newcomers

Sunset Valley, I want to play a new one though. I was thinking on trying Bridgeport again but I love making massive houses
Sunset Valley, it's nice and there's heaps of space to make houses.
Currently one of my sims is the Vice President and has just had his 4th illegitimate child to his 3rd mistress. I think I keep clicking Try for Baby and not WooHoo.
Bridgeport. Dat nightlife, hnnng.
Although having guests and/or parties in apartment buildings seems to be just about impossible, because all the retarded fucknugget guests just hang around in the lobby instead of coming up to my crib.
Is there a custom world that includes bits from all current expansions?
