Yeah so as much as I hated Treadnaught, I've gotta say that the worst boss in the game goes to Wallmonger, even pre-treadnaught nerf.
Not because Wallmonger itself is difficult, simply because of the fact that it's a DPS check. If you don't have good guns or ammo, you lose the run. There's no being clutch and beating it with your dinky ass starting weapon, you won't deal enough damage in time before it crushes you.
So far, my favourite gun probably is the [sp]alien engine or whatever it's called[/sp]
[sp]Probably not the best, but it's so much fun to just race trough a room[/sp]
I'm a huge fan of the Void Marshal. It's strong, has good rate of fire + reload, and is fairly accurate. I just wish it held more ammo.
God bless the Particulator
The Scrambler is subtly really good.
The Scrambler is subtly really good.
Yeah, shoot anywhere and it hits.
One of my early runs (and best run) I had that plus the passive that makes it pretty much a shotgun as well. Did really well until I died to a lowest level enemy.
Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees in general are pretty good. Just hold down fire while focusing on dodging, best way to fight the wall.
So turns out you CAN die in the and you have to restart the whole run. Didn't think that would happen honestly (also the Marine's past boss seems way harder than the Pilot's)
a lot of guns feel weaker than the starting pistols really
a lot of guns feel weaker than the starting pistols really
A lot of guns provoke "Ugh, not this gun again" reaction. I blame bad RNG and excess of bland, weak or otherwise subpar guns.
i always get the klobbe and corsair
it makes me want to die
Charge guns are, for the most part, terrible. I would be perfectly fine with them if it was just a delayed shot after clicking, but having to hold down the mousebutton while i'm using it to look around/aim/dodge with the other mouse button isn't intuitive and has costed me a couple runs already.
The benefits aren't even that good, either. Most of them aren't innovative.

Is the klobbe a joke gun? I haven't found a single use for it, with how pitiful the damage is.
I feel like the game could do with some better sound cues. A loud "click" when a gun finishes reloading, a "ding" when it finishes charging, maybe something to let you know when you're on your last few bullets.

Megman gun is great.
The Charge Gun itself is a pretty good boss killer too.

I know it's a goldeneye reference but it's sheer shittiness is probably just unintentional

I learn of how shitty klobbe is the hard way:
I just cleared chamber 3 and is prepping to head into the boss room. I realized that all my guns ran out of ammo.
Teleports to the shop. "Fuck, he's not selling any ammo. Oh well, maybe I should just buy this gun... Klobbe? Oh nice a SMG, I like automatic weapons."
VS. CANNONBALROG
...I died. I could barely hit it with the pitiful range. Should've read the Ammonomicon entry before I head in.
man the wall is literally a wall to progress for me

It's 100% intentional. The Goldeneye Klobb sucks, and if you read it's description it straight up tells you it's shit.
Always read your ammonicon.
It along with the Peashooter are the two main "supposed to be bad" guns, the gunsling king even challenges you to use the Klobbe sometimes
I kinda hate that the Peashooter sucks though, I love the reloading sound :v:

I would also like a sound cue for being on fire, since I usually don't notice until it's too late.

add derringer to that list, the king challenged me to use that once
i thought the sling was pretty shit at first, then i used it against a boss and it wrecks shit, i think it does like 5-10% of gatling gulls health per stone

The sling deals damage based on the enemies HP.
you sure? on the wiki it says that it deals more damage to bosses
I could be wrong, it just felt like that last time I used it.

If the Past itself isnt a bossfight ill be dissapointed

Every character has a unique story and boss to battle in their respective pasts. In succeeding, you'll unlock not only their starter items for everyone else to use, but an additional item relating to their respective plots.
Kind of amusing how the [sp]Oubliette[/sp] has the most upbeat music.
Holy fucking shit bloody eye is the best item ever, it let me no hit the wall!
Oh god. I've found a literal pair of crutches, this is great. [sp]they add aim assist.[/sp]
