I'm somewhat enjoying outland on my new account without heirlooms, it's nice and simple, I don't have to sit around watching scripted shit happen all that much. Though there are some pretty big problems. For me it's all the escort quests and NPCs that either take too long to respawn or have shit drop rates. Least it's not classic wow though.
I'm also glad that expansions now don't make you wear clownsuits while leveling anymore, when you finish a zone in cata you'll have a full set of matching gear to show for it.

Yeah, there's even a big Chain quest that you can still do [sp]it shows Thrall arriving there with Drek'Thar, Thrall was unaware that his grandmother was still living there, so he goes there, then he meets Garrosh and Garrosh tell him that he's not proud of what Grom did to all the orcs (Drinking demon blood) so then Thrall shows him a flashback of the part where he and Grom are fighting Mannoroth and then Garrosh says that he's now proud of being son of Grom. Huh. 'I've never done Outland as a Hordie, that sounds really cool. I just go to Nagrand to enjoy the view and rescue Corki a million times.
Outland questing sucks ass, which is really a shame because it's quite a pretty place. One of the few things that got better with each expansion was questing.

Yeah, just fly into garadar. He's by the campfire. The town is hostile to alliance but you only get attacked by level 72 guards, can't kill him tho.
Also I take back the positive things I said about outlands questing, this is really frustrating and awful. Even Nagrand. I hope that blizz retunes it eventually, they don't have to revamp it, but they gotta fix the spawns and drop rates at the very least.

On the bright side, I had a ton of fun just hovering high above levelers as they quested, and then swooped in to save the day whenever a ganker showed up.
I'm playing on a pvp server a little.
It's kind of fun with random world pvp.
I will never understand PvP. There's 25% of my spellbook untouched because I've never PvP'd as a priest. I suck at duelling.

IIRC with the trading post you can get around 3-5k rep per run. Though, the 6.2 factions aren't in there if you're working towards flight, just the ones that were in at launch.
