On most servers, a 685 item will usually go for anywhere between 6k-10k.
the only expensive item ive got on the AH for stupid cheap was The Night Blade for like 300g instead of 3k... i dont spend enough time at the AH I guess
Anyone know of a decent Old God inspired cloth set/armour? If SPriest are heading that way in Legion then I want to get something fitting ready for it.

Trying to get flying atm. Doing loremaster atm and i'm having a massive issue with the Nagrand questlines. Checking wowhead for quests and some of them arent even visible or i've finished a few quests and got the last one to do but the location of the quest giver isn't there or hasn't got the quest.
Nagrand is my last one!
Then i just have to do Securing and the Rep.

With the camera angle and the giant blue laser beam I thought I was in the D3 thread for longer than I'd like to admit.

Lets just say my big head got the better of me and i commented on several peoples posts....
They kicked me out the group for being honest lol.

Most enslavable demons are pretty shit in wod in my experimentation. They just do no damage it seems, not sure why though, maybe they get stealth nerfed even more than what it says enslave does.
Though the novelty of having a huge-ass dreadlord at your side is pretty cool
got mimirons head today and the legendary mace from ulduar #rekt
So my guild's a lot smaller than it used to be, and has had lots of trouble getting full raid groups this expansion, but last week one of our newer members is in another guild on one of his alts, and we join up with them. Being used to pugging most of our DPS, way make way better progress than were used to, and we were feeling pretty good. This week we show up at HFC, and that guild member is nowhere to be found, he's taken people off his battletag friends list, and we later find out the previous raid was just a trial run to find somebody to poach.
that's the kind of shit that used to get you blacklisted on a server
guess that probably isn't effective these days lol
I got my sea chart on my 2nd attempt with both at ~76 %

I did mine at about the same % and I used 3 night elves so it took like 2 hours
I'm thinking about giving the vanilla WoW experience another go perhaps.
Did the game "improve" it's slowness with Lich King?
As in it's as tar and molassass slow as vanilla WoW?
LFR killed WoW. I still believe that to be the problem.
I find it hard to make friends on WoW anymore because of LFR being a mind-numbingly shit place to raid and making it so impersonal.
I miss seeing people on trade chat pugging for groups. People didn't raid until they found a group to join, it allowed better communication, better team work.
Now it just feels so independant and impersonal and just not fun.
You're not the only one that thinks that, but not necessarily for the same reason
lfr pisses me off because it replaced the "hard" dungeons, like in Wrath you had PoS and HoR and stuff

I know "good old days" posts are done to death but IMO Blizzard has been slowly taking the RPG out of MMORPG since WOTLK, and now they've pretty much taken a lot of the MMO out. It's almost as if they just want to sell a singleplayer experience but with some neat coop features like raids or world events here and there. There's no need to group for a quest or ask in trade chat for a dungeon run, the only reason to join a guild is for the perks and if you want to find a raid team.
Also i pray to the gods that they put in a "Leave Group" cooldown on the Pre-Made Groups finder thing. The amount of people that server hop to find rares is stupid.
A simple 5 minute cooldown after 3 "leave Groups" is what they need

It was seen as a problem that in vanilla WoW notably, there were a lot of people paying the monthly subscription, yet little-to-no possibility of accessing the late-game raid content, unless you applied to HC raiding guilds through 3rd party websites, and agreed to their schedules.
In the most HC of raiding guilds you could literally get a wake-up call at 6:30 AM by your Class officer telling you "let's go"
So eventually, Blizz had to do something about that. They still had an absurd amount of users paying for the service at the time, even if most of these users never set their foot in a raid dungeon. That I found particularly sad.
