in a lot of ways, I miss wrath our guild never did much raiding, but we'd always band together to do the weekly boss it was my first real raiding experience but it was accessible and doable by casual players without lfr

And i started actually raiding when ICC came out and that is when i LOVED raiding in WoW. I originally started raiding with my mates in our own guild, used to just easily fly through the first 4 bosses, then struggled a little with Rotface & Fester. Which is when we had to change our team a little (we had a very sweet but useless hunter girl in our team who kindly left because she agreed she was shit) which we were then able to do those guys eventually and power through to Sindi, we were the 9th best guild on our Server (Kul Tiras, it is dead now) But i used to love that, and then doing 25mans in pug groups and you'd be waiting to see one of the top 3 guilds looking for people to join their 25man alt pug group and wispering them your gearscore and getting that invite to see stupidly good people there. It was brilliant! But back then i had a lot more time to raid, now i barely have any time. I have about 2 hours a night to do my own shit, that includes playing other steam games and tumblr and facebook etc.... It just isnt worth it.

(Something I don't even expect you to understand.) anyway, we got up to the first boss, Lucifron, who proceeded to humiliatingly kick our asses over and over again. all 40 of us.
I don't mind the LFR in this patch as it doesn't even give the same loot as normal raids like it did in MoP but with lower ilvl.
I really can't decide if i want my secondary spec to be Protection or Holy on my Paladin. How are they both? Also semi-related, Blacksmithing or Engineering?
What level are you? Do you have heirlooms? The scaling of Prot at low levels is fucking dumb and you'll one shot everything for 80 levels.
I really can't decide if i want my secondary spec to be Protection or Holy on my Paladin. How are they both? But I do love playing protadin really much.
If you want to do pvp, you have to pick engineering. And I'd suggest protection, but I am biased as my main is a prot paladin. Protection might actually not be a bad idea. Maybe. I could make a dedicated healer later, like a Shaman maybe? Should note that Retribution is my primary, and it's pretty fun. Preference is honestly to DPS, should i of just gone for a different class in that case? Can't say for certain myself.
Retri is fine, if you like it, stay with it. But if you decide to go prot, feel free to ask for help if you have any questions on how to play.
My panda monk is getting old, thinking about changing races. For some reason I keep thinking femtroll but I'm not sure that's a good idea. I was a femtaur for a while but the monk animations look goofy as hell. Female trolls actually look pretty good with the animations, but I'm not convinced. Any thoughts?
Wrath made me hate pala's. I still, to this day, have never played or made a Pala. This was because the amount of Pala's that were played in Wrath. We had about 3 in our Raid Team and whenever i joined a pug back then, it would be a good 25% Pala's. They were very OP back in ICC.
Wrath made you hate Paladins? Did you never meet a Death Knight?
Nooooo don't remind me of the 51-60 AV bracket.

Bummer if it's dead, I was going to resub for a while when Legion pops.

They were the best guild and i was getting poached by their second raid team to join them when i was on my Boomkin but i said no because i enjoyed casual raiding rather than hardcore raiding and also preferred having a good laugh with my mates.

Good fun.
Is there a low chance Legion is gonna come out this year?
I remember dk's on 80-84 bracket bgs during cata. Man, that was both fun and sad to see.
Is there a low chance Legion is gonna come out this year?
If it doesn't then I hope Blizzard are ready to lose more subs.
Beta will probably be out during Blizzcon.
Is there a low chance Legion is gonna come out this year?
That would be awesome, but I'm not gonna put my hopes that high.
It's not coming out this year. There's an NPC in your garrison that sells decorations and it sells Christmas stuff. Unless we are visiting our garrison in Legion.
It sold Christmas stuff last year too.
Nooooo don't remind me of the 51-60 AV bracket.
That bracket was fine, was the 70 bracket with the "Oh you killed me? time to do it again but on hard mode with no cooldowns" talent was the scary one.
Also there's achievements of Warlords Season 3 PvP so I don't know about that
Is there a low chance Legion is gonna come out this year?
Beta will likely come, but no release I bet.
The earliest release I can see happening would be Q2 2016.
I know Blizzard have claimed to have another 10 expacs planned or something but I really feel that Legion is their last chance at staying king of the mmos.
I really feel that Legion is their last chance at staying king of the mmos.
If that is really the case then I would be worried because by the looks of it Legion is shaping up to be a lot like Warlords of Draenor, with artefacts being the new gimmick instead of garrisons.
Got one rare to go in Tanaan, Bloodhunter Zulk. The enigma, who will sometimes announce his presence and othertimes not. Get my waiting cap on I guess.
