so I got to level 40 without going to a major city (other than quickly to get mount training) while on my new character that I made on Lightnings Blade
I went into Stormwind for the first time on it earlier and found that the place was almost completely dead (at least compared to what I'm used to on Sylvanas) so I decided I'd just stay here. got a hunter now that's level 22 that I'm doing the darkshore questline on, and i'm trying to gear up my druid as resto to get into lfr and if i'm enjoying it i'll try and find a guild to raid with. anyone got any tips for gearing? i know almost nothing about the garrison too, i literally just queue up a few of the follower missions whenever i can be bothered. everything else seems fairly useless. also i've got 600 enchanting and 600 jewelcrafting, is it worth getting them to 700? is there any money in them? from what i can tell most items don't have sockets and there aren't any gem colours now, so surely jc'ing is less profitable
i won't go on a huge rant but i kinda think cutting jewelcrafting down like that is a bit silly, it's just pointless pruning. you can only go so far with quality of life updates, one day there will be nothing left
Healer while levelling sucks because when people are being shitlords they still don't die if you don't heal them.
Apparently you can get that Terky murloc with any lvl1 toon. If you for some reason can't get there - ask me. I can tp your toon to Dalaran and ride you to the location.

What I've seen people do is to kick a DPS that's complaining about the healer with the description "retard healer". Nobody expects the DPS to be kicked.

I remember once i was in LFR - Archimonde.
After the 8th wipe to get stacks and what not, one Tank was getting pissy as shit saying hes done Archimonde Mythic with only 8 people blah blah blah crap and that it was super easy and everybody sucked and demanded people get kicked anywhere below 25k dps.
He wasn't an amazing tank, he did stupid things too..... Me and these other two people were on whisper with each other saying we fucking hate him. So i devised a plan. As soon as the next load of new people join the LFR, say this bullshit to get him kicked....
So a group of about 9 joined LFR before we were ready to go, and we spammed saying that he was a terrible tank, ninja pulling and he was just like "What you on about?"
He got kicked. i got a whisper from him saying "I've been in that group for more than an hour, i will find where you live and rape your family you *** * **** ** ***** *** ***** *** *** ***".
I believe he has been banned because i added him on Social and he hasn't been on for at least 3 weeks.
That sounds pretty messed up though. Like, empty threats, but still.
In other news, after raiding with my old raid group again since my hiatus because of a mild depression, I found out they've actually made some pretty decent progress, almost downing Xhul'horac last night and being able to move unto Mannoroth soon.

I added [For the Children] achievement, which to a lot of people said i won the whole thing, and a few people calling me disgusting which is true.
I got banned for a week. A "FINAL" warning (it was my first ever warning/ban) and they canceled my continuous subscription which rolled on to 4 days after the price went up to £9.99 instead of £8.99 (which it still would have been £8.99 for me for 2 years if i kept my direct debit going)
I just think it was fucking sleazy of them to ban me for a week for that, CUT my direct debit off so that i had to pay an extra quid a month. It was definitely a plan of theirs because i know of several people that got banned around the same time for things they've done many times before and got their direct debit canceled.

Pugged Archi normal. Killed him fine. Rogue stole the trinket (isn't even his token type) and said "First come first serve". Gave it to his warrior friend.
It's my fault for not checking the loot rules but wow.
Stupid loot rules are what's stopping me from pugging raids.
So i just came back after a 3 month break, what did i miss or what should i know?
