never play with people from here, it's a terrible idea and never ends well
you know how they say you should never be college roommates with friends that you knew previously, since being around them 24/7 will make you resent them? same thing except we don't even get to get drunk and bone each other
not that i ever did that to my roommates
i mean with
Spent the night doing 2v2 arenas with a random I got paired up with. We were wrecking, played like 20 games. I was a prot warrior and he was a frost mage, I'm not sure if that's a good combo or not, but man we were on fire.
Have you met a lot of Druid/hunter combo?
To me Wod = World of druids.
Druids and hunters are the bane of PvP.
Mostly because druids can heal themselves like crazy no matter their spec, and hunters still have plenty of CC or CC-like abilities.

I saw 6800 people online on the one realm they had when I was playing earlier this week. It's pretty wild trying to do low level quests when the entire world is full of expansion-launch level hordes of players.
Falling back in love with this game. God damn you Blizzard.

Honestly I'm having more fun on Nostalrius than I've had since WOTLK. Insane amount of players, everyone is very talkative and there is always a conversation going on. And the fact that the server is only a few months old means there isn't stupid rich people, which means the AH is actually something accessible by everyone and not the 1% who nonironically buy and sell level 8 green items for 300g. The economy is extremely thriving.
The massive doses of nostalgia also help. I've been wanting to experience all the zones I never bothered with like Desolace, Feralas, and Swamp of Sorrows before they've been overhauled.
It all sounds really sappy and exaggerated but there really is a better community in this. The server either just attracts those type of people or it's out of necessity because of the difficulty of vanilla content but you are never NOT going to find someone to help you, or that needs help. forming 2-4 man groups every few quests and chatting while killing is just something that does not happen any more. Someone hired me to tell him if I find herb nodes while questing, 5s a node. I go to the Tower of Azora and theres 4 dwarves and a gnome dancing on the table for no reason. That kind of shit really makes you feel like you're playing with other people and not bots that never speak.
I got from level 8-10 with the help of a Bulgarian who spoke almost no English and I loved it all.

Yeah, that's what I disliked about WoW atm. In the world, I feel very lonely, as if I'm just playing a simulated MMORPG.
9/10 HC it only took 50 Blast Furnace attempts.

Me and Simz took a trip to Stormwind, found out Varian has like 100 million health or something insane. How on earth are you supposed to kill him?!

With a lot of people.

I've asked before, if you're an Alliance lets hook up?

Sure if you want, but I have no idea if our schedules will overlap and I'm playing with some friends also.
Level 11 Human Warrior - Kastok.
Should I set up macros for pvp?
Someone shit themselves earlier when he found out I don't use any; much less even know how it works.

Can you buy game time with your battle.net balance?
Can you buy game time with your battle.net balance?
You should be able to if they haven't changed it. My brother used to pay for all his gametime with money he made from Diablo 3, back then RMAH was still a thing.
That feeling when you get a mythic Auto-Repairing Autoclave out of a Foundry Spoils Cache. :v:

They're useful for things like activating trinkets / blood rage / rapid fire all at the same time.
That would be
/cast blood rage
/cast rapid fire
/cast [trinketname]
I'm horde on nostalrius but if you need help out in the world you can hit me up here or in PM or add me on steam or whatever suits you good
Holybajskorv, Lvl 39 undead priest
I asked on the last page but it got passed over, is there any point in trying to gear up this late in the path. I don't want to struggle though lfr for nothing
I'd say so, if you can afford it, go for it.
I'm not sure how close we are to the next tier, but if we are close, it would be convenient to have good enough gear to get into LFR straight away, innit.

its not like youre going to be drowning in gear when next tier comes out so you're still going to need the gear
