Take a break. I've been needing to level my gobbo to 100 but just can't bother to do it.
Best bet is to either take a break from the game or gear up an existing 100. I'd also suggest RP, cause it helps keep things a bit fresh.
Lastly, if you're feeling up to it, you could try raiding. I know it isn't for everyone, but at least for me, having that one boss you can't down yet is a constant driving factor for me, since I keep thinking "Alright, [I]today[/I] I'll get him!"

I've completed LFR and it was pretty interesting as a Paladin- sadly I don't know anyone who plays and don't feel comfortable playing with randoms in anything that isn't LFR. :~)

Piercings in general aren't pleasing to look at. I much prefer a face without anything to spoil it.
Oh man we finally downed iron maidens last night and did our first attempt on blast furnace. No wonder my friends guild calls it spine 2.0, we managed to get to phase 3 but wiped at 60% and it was already late hopefully next week we'll down it and onto blackhand.

I know there was this Hello Kitty April fools thing that would change the UI theme for like 30 seconds and then return back to normal. I don't think it was done remotely though.
Hmm, just read about it on the Elvui forums and the author claims it was used to for "testing purposes" and is now gone. I just checked my version and the lines of code from that Reddit thread is nowhere to be found.
I've used ElvUI for well over 2 years now and never experienced anything shady, but this is pretty messed up and shouldn't have been there in the first place. I'm glad he removed it but this doesn't pass by without you losing some trust in the author.
