I've found the gear gap in PvP in WoD has probably been the biggest in any expansion. Usually in past expansions when you're doing BGs just starting out, even people with full conquest gear aren't untouchable gods and you're not just running around slapping people with a wet fish - you actually have some use. However in WoD starting out fresh in BGs to grind out honor is the most painful thing i've had to do in WoW, even moreso than Tol Barad dailies and stuff. Starting out fresh, even with 2 pieces of honor gear from having 4k honor prior to hitting 100, sitting at a solid 240k HP buffed against guys in conquest gear with 370k+ HP hitting me for 110k is sad. I use to enjoy PvP immensely in this game, hitting 2400+ in 3s several times on several characters. WoD is the first expansion where I've felt it's taken a large step backwards and forced players to grind more than any expansion
You're grinding honour in BG's? Go to Ashran with a gladiator pit, join a pvp custom group on the group finder tab (do events groups) for easy 4k honour in 20-30 mins for doing daily ashran area quests and event wins; plus 100 CP per event win.
You'll end up with tons of bones too, use those on the gladiator pit for free gear, honour, cp and other goodies.

Blizzard will give in eventually, opening up three servers (PvE, PvP, RP) for Vanilla/BC/WoTLK stage content would easily bring a lot of people back.
I'm also glad they've finally got round to making scaled instances for older dungeons. Now I'm just hoping they'll branch this into raids too for those of us who wish to not do the same raid content all the time.
I just want another world redesign. Blizz really needs to update the world past Cataclysm and put it into a sort of recovery time (Park being rebuilt, areas redesigned to show the current peace treaty, Vol'Jin as warchief, increased Pandaren presence, etc.)
They need a new world to just be repaired, none of this world in repair mode for 5-6 years.
They said they were going to rebuild Stormwind Park in WoD but then they didn't.
There's been a lot of broken promises. They also said they'd make a patch that reflected Garrosh's fall from power, such as removing the Kor'kron from the Barrens. But as far as I know, they're still there.

Anyone have at least a semi-active guild that wouldn't mind recruiting someone starting fresh on their server? Preferably Horde (been playing alliance since TBC) just need a change of scenery, my guild has long since died since Cataclysm hit and out of the 4 of us who stuck together I'm the only one who still plays from time to time. Want to make a new character on a new server in a new guild. PvP or PvE doesn't really matter, been playing on PvE servers from the beginning so a change might be good. I play on the US realm.

Ran into some super nice veteran players while leveling! They gave me two six slot bags and two gold! The bags were a lifesaver, I kept running out of room. Joined their guild too!

Also I'm in love with the way this game is handled. It feels like really traditional RPG kinda game. I really like the class trainers and the quests involved in learning skills, it makes it all feel so much more personal. It's great.

Why is there literally not a Horde player in the top pvp ratings on BGs and Arenas? Both 2v2 and 3v3 there's only Alliance and 80% humans.

I have no idea, as I'm a semi-casual PvP-er (And I've never rolled a human), but it hurts my soul that the great Orcs have not claimed at least a few spots up there.

Fuck me queues take so much longer in WoD than they did even in Cata, can't ever find people for dungeons and it takes 15+ minutes to get into a single BG. I honestly don't know how people have time for this when 80% of my time spent playing WoW these days is spent sitting around waiting for shit to happen
My queues are literally moments, I sometimes feel really lucky my brand-new-player self decided to go Protection, it's still my favorite class/spec.

Dungeon queues for DPS are usually 40+ minutes, and even when I queue with a tank or a healer it still takes a good 20+, and BG queues (on alliance side at least) are anywhere from 10-20 minutes. In Cata when it was the worst before this, I was getting queues in 2-3 minutes for BGs. It's sad
