doesnt matter, play frost [editline]21st January 2015[/editline] i mean, unless you like fire but werent playing it for some reason?
Fire does seem cool but it's alot harder to play mainly because you could die faster if you can't handle yourself, frost on the other hand seems to have better survivability...
I always give my characters believable fantasy names because I like to immerse myself at least somewhat.
Grannybasher was my favourite name, too bad that account got perm banned when i was hacked. Well... i say hacked but it was my best mate, logged on and started to shout really obscure things.
I've always wanted to get this game, and now that I have a good computer I'm debating on it. It looks so tempting, but I'm still on the fence. Can anyone convince me?
Can anyone convince me?
Let me just quote someone that posted in here not too long ago:
I've always wanted to get this game
Bam, thoroughly convinced, thank me later.
I'm still on the fence. Can anyone convince me?
You can build a rocket and fly around on it. See that Mount Hyjal? You can climb it. If that hasn't sold you I don't know what will. [editline]21st January 2015[/editline]
I always give my characters believable fantasy names because I like to immerse myself at least somewhat.
Same here. I don't think I could get into it as much with a crazy name.

Can anyone convince me?
The game is a lot of fun, especially if you're already familiar with the Warcraft universe and lore from games such as Warcraft 1/2/3 and Hearthstone. Because the game is pretty old(10th anniversary just ended.) there is a lot of content and worlds to explore, countless dungeons and raids to take on with a party or solo at a high level. Lots of rare collectable items such as pets, mounts, rare legendary and epic items to find. Tons of classes with a lot of variety between each giving them their own distinct flavour. Not to mention raiding, nothing is as epic as rushing in to an intense and difficult boss battle with a large group of people. There's multiple different difficulties in raiding, so you're guaranteed to find your favourite. If you can only play for a few hours every week, maybe raid finder is the choice for you. If you want to push your character to its limits and dedicate a lot of time to the game Mythic might be something to aim for in the future. There's no reason not to try out World of Warcraft. You can try the free trial, which lets you play as long as you want up to level 20 which will give you a good feel for the game and by then you should be able to make your mind up if you want to drop $10 (or whatever the current price is.)

Little late but I saw my favorite name last night. Dixienourmous. I have a mage named magedicks, and my main is Buckangel
Death from above is.. actually a pretty satisfying move, so i can only assume it's not the best talent at 100 cause it never works that way.
it fucked up so many for me and i just fly up and land but never do the eviscerate move, so i just went with venom rush so i can get some more sustained dps.
a good majority of my toons are named after anime characters, but then my monk is windlord and i really regret making it that
Went on my first raid with my guild in years, we were doing pretty good right up until Brackenspore. I hate bosses that constantly spawn adds.
Just remembered i have a Raid today with my guild. Hopefully we can do 3 bosses tonight instead of just two and im PRAYING that i get a bit of gear this time.
We were suppose to raid Mythic tonight but we called it after 45 minutes of waiting for somebody to show up. Another guildie called the guys phone while on TS and his excuse was "The girlfriends over, can't raid tonight, gonna get some booty" Oh well. Try again Sunday.
Urge to play.. rising.. My computer parts won't arrive for easily another two weeks and I miss playing the game, even though I've only not been playing for around three weeks. I wanna make a male Night Elf Druid. I originally wasn't too into the whole shape shifting thing, but they do look like a really fun class. And as someone who really likes nature and the like in general, I feel like the class would be a good fit for me. :v:
Man, a good fun guild really makes this game just so much better. Started off in WoD in what looked a super promising guild(both GM and Co-GM were the #1 and #2 geared tanks of the realm) but ended up being HORRIBLE fucking GMs who had no idea on how to run a raid, in fact I think they bought gold and just bought all the BiS shit from the AH. Was gonna honestly call it quits, got in a fucking ballin guild and holy shit its so much better. We have Herioc highmaul on easy farm now, 1 shotting everything with usually a 1-3 shot on imp. No one bitches or crys about gear going to people since we are all in it for progression and realize that if you have a 670 then the guy with the 645 is far above you getting gear even if he is a bit worse. Fuck, even 670 geared guys are giving away 670 BIS to people more in need even if they won the loot. Plus Highmaul is probably the best Tier 1 raid since fucking BC and Karazhan(wotlk Naxx doesnt really count but that would be #1) Like seriously, the only boring shit fight in highmaul is twins because they are just so easy and so boring. The rest are a lot of fun, especially Imp, I just fucking love that fight but its actually REALLY fucking easy once your group knows what to do which I like even more. We had the mechanics nearly flatness tonight. Just a fucking raid scheduled and a competent guild make this game from like a 7/10 to a 10/10. Would be doing mythic decently, easily up to twins(no butcher) if we had a solid 20 people but BRF we should break into mythic, a few good players have joined up.
I caved. [t]http://i.imgur.com/JdRcXK8.jpg[/t] Made a Druid and have been really enjoying it so far. And goodness gracious, I do not remember Wyrmrest Accord being such a fantastic RP server. I mean, you walk into Stormwind and everybody is off doing their own thing, with the vast majority of people staying in character very well. I was really taken aback, it feels really organic the way players interact. I also kinda feel like the Alliance is better at RP-ing than the Horde, since RP is kinda nonexistent even on my RP Horde characters.
Oh that's right, I remember people generally don't like some of the male Night Elf animations or what not. I think. Well, I like the Night Elves and I'm certainly not going to play as a icky girl, so it'll do. That, and I like the way the male Night Elves look. My only wish is that their running animation was a tad less bouncy.
play whatever you want as long as it isn't a belf and nobody will make fun of you
When I see him bouncing across the country side with that bright pink skin and clown hair I'll try to hold back the tears & laughter, just for you Derpmeifter.
at least he doesn't have weak-ass wrists
What
night elves have stronger wrists than blood elves.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/1oW7Q5F.jpg[/t] OH MAN I CAN'T HANDLE THIS DRAMA [t]http://i.imgur.com/WcXiMtN.jpg[/t] this bitch nigga staying the smack down like he's Confucius
I've been wondering, Linkuya. If you like to hang around RP servers, have you ever considered getting one of the RP mods out there? Granted, you're likely to encounter some gross stuff out there, but as long as you know where to stay away from, such things should be a rare encounter.
play whatever you want as long as it isn't a belf and nobody will make fun of you
Or gnomes, never go full gnome.
Or gnomes, never go full gnome.
gnomes are at the perfect height to be on eye level with my usb ports which means they can plug it in the right way the first time every time for me. they get a pass.
Or gnomes, never go full gnome.
Gnomes are fine so long as you aren't playing a warrior.
The new belf model finally landed on PTR. [t]http://i.imgur.com/q2QUrfc.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/S2XpzEL.jpg[/t]
It's like the new belf models are just begging me to stay alliance.
