The 5000 gold for flying is insignificant now anyways. In a month of only doing garrison stuff daily you can easily get 70k+. Now that there are wow tokens you can farm garrison dailies forever, yay.
I'm fine with no flying but I still feel like the whole issue is trivialised by the actual lack of compelling content to do outside of raiding or pvp which is instanced to begin with.
I actually liked dailies :(

That's something I enjoyed with MoP, there was always [I]something[/I] to do, like do dailies for rep with the different factions, go to the Timeless Isle, do the dailies at the Isle of Thunder etc.
Even if most of it was doing dailies for different factions, the quests were different enough with each faction it didn't feel like I was doing the same thing 5 times each day. Meanwhile, the current Apexis Dailies felt too similar to me, as it was always; 1. Go to an area, 2. Kill mobs to fill a bar, 3. Go back to the garrison.
i really genuinely didn't mind timeless isle because it fulfilled my infinite lust for senseless murder and i got shiny trinkets out of it
my only hope is that the next iteration of the concept is even more senseless and that the trinkets are even shinier

free idea for any blizzard reps floating around: just a big zone full of mobs that drop Murder Tokens that you can turn in for Murder Clothes. call it Murders Zone.
I want a zone - one huge zone - where there's just NPC's battling everywhere. A real battlefield. That's the one thing I've always missed from WoW; that we're launching huge offensives in pretty much every expansion, but we either only get to experience a fraction of it, or it's just a couple dozen NPC's whacking each other.
I'd much prefer something that looked like a real battle, where soldiers died left and right.

So I'm battling some Hunter twink on my level 60 Hunter twink for the Cryptstalker Belt that's on the BMAH right now. Timer is currently on medium but should hit short sometime soon.
This is a hell of a lot more tense than I thought it would be. It's also making me hate the other guy even though he's doing nothing wrong and everything is fair game. I guess at this point it's just a matter of who has more money, and it's probably him.

Hopped back in after two months of absence, sucks that Tanaan jungle is still shut off though. Any word on the ETA besides "next patch"?
Plus, my Defenders of Sha'tar stuff is still plate only, has anything at all been said about making that mail as well? Sucks that it's only for set classes and my Shaman isn't getting any sweet sweet transmog love.
And there it goes. No belt for me.

I don't think Blizzard have any plans to make the Sha'tar set cosmetic.

Depends on your spec. If you chose Wind Walker Monk I'd say it's the most fun DPS class in the game. Not sure about the other specs. My main is a prot warrior but I haven't tanked with any other class yet.
