I bet Farahlon was going to be the raid we have now and the Grom raid would have been in the Iron Citadel in Tanaan
i know, but it would make sense to release a new xpac at the time of the movie release to please fans
Oh my god, they'e going to do it aren't they.
They're gonna have an expansion set in alternate Azeroth during the First War to tie into the movie's storyline.
It's the only thing that could make sense with "tied to the Warcraft movie". Oh my god.

Probably not. The orc invasion was thwarted so the First War never happened.
Unless it's ANOTHER alternate Azeroth in which case I am hopping off this trainwreck.
Who are the two characters on the sides if you zoom the world-map out all the way?
Left one is Sargeras and right one is Aman'Thul
To be honest, if they continue to go down this road of alternate universes and timelines I'm totally going to lose interest in the story. It's just so heady I can't get into it.
Doubt they will. They've admitted that the story in WoD is messed up, so they won't be doing any alternate time-storylines any time soon.
They shouldn't of done any time travel shit in the first place. It's nothing but a crutch when you can't think of anything. Leads to a bunch or messed up shit lore wise.
I don't understand how people think Gul'dan is a good character. He's so completely one-dimensional it's ridiculous.

IMO even movies and games that use time travel really well still get messed up - moreso if they're serious stories or dramas.
For example, even basic time travel stories like Ocarina of Time fall apart if you think about it for a few moments.

This is not at all what this means, I don't understand how people are coming to this conclusion. 'Tied to' refers to release date, nothing else.

I like him for the fact that he is actually good at manipulating other characters. Instead of just wresting control of the Iron Horde from Grommash, instead he let us wittle them down until they were weak enough for him to take over with ease.

Grom asked him what they must give in return for the power of Mannoroth's blood. He responded "Everything".
Master manipulator at work.

to be honest, it could be interpreted either way, and regardless the guy is speculating, it's total nonsense really

It's quite a reach though to draw that conclusion from a single quote.
It's quite a reach though to draw that conclusion from a single quote.
exactly, it's a reach either way, and it's irrelevant because he has no idea

He's one of the few villians that are evil just cuz. Everyone is is corrupted or fallen in some way

Because he's just a smug evil bastard and he knows it, and one of the few villains who isn't "corrupted by the dark side" or a hammy "I WILL DESTROY THE PUNY MORTALS" one.

I'm guessing thats because the movie begins before the orcs drink the Blood of Mannoroth
Probably not. The orc invasion was thwarted so the First War never happened.

Gul'dan escaped, and he'll head to alternate Azeroth and corrupt the Alliance into the Iron Alliance, then the remaining Iron Horde on Alternate Draenor will follow him and fight with the Iron Alliance in the First War 2 and the final boss is Gul'dan riding on Fel Turalyon's back.

And of course green jesus has the key to undoing it all.

The blood isn't what turned them green though. Orgrim, Durotan and the whole Frostwolf clan didn't drink the blood but they still turned green. It was the exposure to the fel energies their Shamans started using that gradually changed the colour of their skin over the years. Drinking the blood gave them the glowing red eyes though.
Are they ever gonna fix the clipping for Tauren and Trolls?
So apparently if you're horde and you have the shipyard in your garrison, on the map it's renamed to "Garnison"

Orcs turn green after prolonged exposure to fel energy. The Frostwolves allowed some warlock refugees to live with them and turned green.
