Fixed issue where if no one votemaps for a Game World map, it wouldn't select any map. It now roulette all maps of that game
Fixed issue where the Game World votemap roulette would stop on the wrong map icon
Fixed Spin to Win wheel becoming blurry for lower end machines or low settings
Fixed name tags not fading out properly
