How well does this run on something like a 920M? I'm seriously considering getting this since Rocket League runs quite well, but I still have some doubts

I've only bought a couple of items but the condo itself looks good, maybe the outdoor areas could use work but otherwise it's mostly good. However what needs work is Condo interaction.
Particularly i'm talking about the lights, which is currently hampering my attempts to make a home theatre. As when i turn on my projector it disrupts the video quality. (Also Projecting video is really hard to actually position on some walls in the condo unless it's stupidly close.)
It'd also be an added bonus if we could colour each of the lights in the rooms or program them for party rooms.
In addition having Sink,Cupboard,Shower,Bath and other functionalities would add so much to the condos.
Here are a couple of other things that either bother me or would be cool.
The doorway leading outside doesn't have a glass door to accommodate it.
The back doors to the condos use regular bedroom and bathroom doors compared to the front door which has a completely different one, there is no basement door and it'd be cool to have a small door opening animation for the front door and as you exit through it, it fades to white and sends you off to the appropriate place.
The back swimming pool's proportions seem a little off in places although the devs nailed the side one, probably because of how shallow or small it is. (Maybe have some lights situated within the swimming pool that work similar to the indoor lights?)
The ceiling has no glass. The fireplace has no glass panel either. Whatever window effect that is on the back of the condo should be applied to the upstairs bedroom as well because it looks too clear and similar to the situation with the ceiling and fireplace.
The lighting on the outside of the condos, near the walls has no lightbulbs or paneling thus looking jarring. Maybe allow us to customise what type of flora we have in the back with flowers or maybe just stupid decorations like statues of melons or something.
Having weather effects and being able to tweak the environment around the condo would be a HUGE plus. I wouldn't expect it but having a condo with a forest for a back garden would be cool as shit.
Realistically, i don't expect EVERYTHING on this list to become a reality what with time constraints and deadlines to meet and whatnot but it'd be great to see them really build upon the foundation.
Honestly i'm a bit nitpicky over a couple of things but a few of these are kinda jarring when you really look at things.
Just my thoughts on things in terms of how the condo is at the moment, tons of things that'll probably get better as the game evolves.
Condos being seperate bugs me i miss seeing the ingame plaza chat when decorating and having players run in and out easily.
It seems like you can't actually change the Canvas' base "material" despite the options, and a few dark images come up looking awful because you can't change how light reflects off it to be more shinier or duller based on the individual image.

Yeah, it's material reflection should be adjusted to look like an actual canvas
also should have a photoframe variant (or other object) where it simulates an actual framed image, which reflects like an image with a glass pane infront of it
I haven't tried it out myself, but can you run 2 videos at the same time in your condos?

You can run as many as you want.
There really needs to be an option to vote skip submitted videos in the theatre's. Some people keep submitting 10 hour long videos.

The color customize menu on the projector has settings for fov, brightness, rotation, and position. Just put it on the ceiling and rotate the image. Ry already whipped up a projector screen too, we just have to add it to the manifest
