Well they've already lied and edited the shit about lootboxes, while I do think the issue itself was blown out of proportion, their responses were actually a lot more concerning than the actual crime.

The issue here is that we've been fucked too many times in the past by multiple companies over different games, and now nobody has any trust left for anyone else. Granted, some would say to never trust a company ever, but this leads to some serious community issues.
Blizzard isn't all clean but they're clearly the ones suffering from people overreacting over every single official statement.

They couldn't remove heroes if they wanted to anyway. That would mean removing dozens of items that came in loot boxes people paid for with real money and used currency to buy items for. That can't go by without some legal repercussions.

You should never treat companies as your friends, and remember one thing, they are always after your money no matter how nice they are, some are very nice obviously but for a good reason, to have good public image. I practically think they should teach this to kids in schools, how to be responsible with money is pretty important, it's also why all this bullshit gaming industry pulls works so well.

They grown so much larger as a company and their main issue is how laid back they are and how little communication they make with the public, Valve being this quiet kid.

Sometimes I can't help but have an outburst of anger when playing with randoms, no healer on the team, I ask for a healer, we get Ana, Ana that doesn't heal, team keeps splitting instead of grouping, no sense of leadership or overall direction, this game isn't designed like this, you have to play around with your team not go half the map away and do nothing.

Well looks like this is it, I simply can't enjoy Overwatch ever since ranked ended, the quick play is a mess. I hate to be constantly beaten every game because I'm playing versus pre-made or just because my team is super garbage, one would think that climbing and levelling up would improve things but it seems to be worse or no change at all.

I might as well play Starcraft 2 meanwhile. I made myself a small goal in Overwatch, getting to the first prestige star, 6 levels left in fact, but the amount of times that I keep losing the games over and over frustrates me, there is no fun in having your ass kicked every game, there is a big difference when you lose a well played game, it still makes you feel satisfied, but one sided stomps every game are just unfair.

My favorite part about playing Genji in QP is when you get in the groove and your teammates take note of it... and all swap to Genji cause "haha we can do it too" and you lose the round because you have a bunch of fuckheads who have no idea what's going on instead of like, a healer now.
