Well, all I can say about this game after playing it for 3 days is this:
Boring Old Man: 76 is pretty cool
Tracer is annoying
Mei is adorbs
Reaper is edgelord
Bastion's tune when he's entering tank mode always cracks me up
D.Va is also annoying
Widowmaker has the nicest butt
I think I like this game.
Highest rank I've reached is 60, got knocked down to 55 yesterday.
I need to either get to 65 or win 61 comp matches today. I don't think my chances are good for getting a gold weapon. :saddowns:
I don't really have much of a problem with the competitive numbering system. My problem is the fact that when I loose I go pretty far down, and when I win I barely get anything from it

In my experience I always get the same rank up and down unless it's a spree. What makes losing shit is that it's a waste of time because only winning counts for anything, be it rank or points.
Sigh, looks like im plateauing at 74-75 solo queuing cause of this hilarious matchmaking system.
It feels impossible to hit top 500 solo.
THREE times today against TWO different six stacks on the enemy team while my team has either a 5 stack that is super incompetent for some reason or we have 1 2 stack and 3 stack, their team was super co-ordinatinated for some reason.
Whew, just got top 500. Thank the Lord.

hey man, I'm useful most of the time. It just so happens that I want to break away and try something else from time to time and got it with a character that I suck at but still enjoy playing.

I'm one of those players that always ends up filling a healing slot because the last guy to lock in would always NOT pick healer and I'm forced to switch over. I mained mercy this whole time before she got a nerf and now my Lucio and Zen playtime spiked up into my top 5.
With this new map and all, if they release knight themed skins I'm gonna lose my shit.
From rank 50 to 58 in about 10 games! *Reapers voice* IM ON FIRE!

German voice acting can be fantastic as shown with games like Bioshock (I enjoyed it even more than the english ones). In Overwatch however the voice acting is rather bad. Maybe my expectations are too high or I'm a bit too used to the english voices, but characters like Mercy just sound wrong. They gave her an annoying voice with a swiss accent and she just sounds completely impolite. I love Mercy's english voice because it sounds so heartwarming and friendly. Overall some voices sound too aggressive and don't fit the personalities of the characters. Also the ultimates of most characters like Hanzo and Genji sound weak and awful in the german version and don't come near to the amazing english ones.
For those who are interested, they did pick some interesting and also very known voices for the german cast.

I couldn't stop laughing the first time I heard Mercy's german VA, she sounds like a pre-teen who just got grounded.
Also, first thing to come to mind for Soldier was the german voice for Bruce Willis.
Wish there would be an option for language spoken or something. Reminds me of a few fighting games where you can choose who speaks english and who japanese

There you can change text/audio language for every Blizz game.

I think he was wishing more of a choice of switching between the language for certain characters. Considering he was making the comparison to certain fighting games.
Would be neat if you could. I much prefer Lucio's "[URL="https://youtu.be/8quAQqCV6m4?t=29"]Droppa za beatu![/URL]" to the english voice.
They already let you change your control settings with each individual character so I don't see why not.
