This is still the tamest thing you can possibly say in a video game, players need to evolve thicker skin or something because by far there are worse things that can be said or done.

One thing I am sad about from picking my favourite Symmetra skin is that she loses her crazy skirt physics. Makes her taunts a lot less flashy.

Speculation but maybe when an omnic dies or is critically damaged it can irreparable change the personality? Bastion being a good example after being deactivated for so long.
