The pommel of the hammer is the same, the pauldrons are the same, same three lights on his sides, helmet's the same, same elbow piece, same head on the shield projector, same knuckle spikes.

Most of it consists of similar modelling, I reckon it's a hint towards the whole fact that it's Balderichs legion of soldiers. But the helmet is completely different from Balderichs armor itself.
I like to imagine each soldier has his own variation of the armor.

Seems like the only difference between the two is the wings on the helmet are a little higher on the rein skin.
