I think pharah, should get buffs similar to hanzo.
while her mobility in the air is indeed a problem, making her faster in air could be a problem to non-hitscan heroes kill her.
So if she gets faster rockets, so can deal better against her counters or deal better damage before forced to retreat

honestly pharah's movement isnt a major problem. it's just that she has very little breathing room in the current meta.
Dammit, Blizzard could just easily fix the lack of competitive mode in-between seasons. Just have some "Competitive Practice" mode which runs off regular matchmaking due to a lack of season ranks but has all the single hero limits that we love about comp. There, easy peasy.
Speaking of character limits, played a match last night on Dorado which was easily the most frustrating match I've ever been in.
The defending enemy team consisted of a single Reinhardt and FIVE BASTIONS.
We didn't even make it to the first point. No amount of genji bullet reflection and junkrat grenade spam could save us.

that may seem fine with one or two bastions, but theres are horrible strategies that only the enemies seem to be learning: 1. They can get up and move and 2. They can place themselves in a variety of areas that cover a lot of positions.
Alternatively I'm seeing a lot of comp players fuck around right now on the ps4. And by fuck around I mean dominate my team with 5 cyborg ninjas and a lucio.
So much pain.
