I agree with that McCree video on one thing, there shouldn't be a delay before Deadeye goes off after you click to confirm it, you should just instantly start firing. Players are already given sufficient time to avoid the lock on, extra buffer time after that is overkill.
Other than that, I think the ability does what it's supposed to do well. Strong zoning and better insta-teamwipe potential (keyword here) than the rest of the offensive roster ultimates, but it comes with some severe tradeoffs for that potential.

Eh, depending on where she sets it off at it can be a pain to avoid. Especially if she sets it off right before her mech is destroyed and there are a bunch of people up on her trying to kill her. TBH I don't think they should have removed the self damage from her ult, it's easy enough to launch it away from yourself.
I'm really tired of people saying "lol its quickplay dude" when I'm telling them to not pick an impractical hero. When we have no healers and 3 snipers on offense, you expect me to just sit there and lose?

That works too. But Blizzard intended him to excel at dealing with flankers, especially Tracer, Genji and Reaper.

Can't think of a [I]worse[/I] one, but personally Tracer's comes in second place due to the weak blast radius. I don't think I've ever been killed by a Tracer ult, actually.

Tracer's ult feels like a Junkrat mine with slightly longer cooldown. It's pretty great for securing kills or as a synergy with Zarya's ultimate. You can also bully Reinhardts with it.

Anything that gives position to the enemy greatly helps, Widow's ult call also forces the enemy to cover and not peek at all unless they want to get pre emptive headshot, hooked and any sort of attack.

As far as I know there are two types of players in OW, ones that ignore objectives and go for the kills, they rather hone their mechanical skills. Now you have second type of players who go for objectives and await opportunities. But last type of players if you make that up, are useless pieces of shit that should be gunned down like degenerates they are, players who simply do nothing entire game and expect they will magically be carried.

Tracer's ult is for tanks/Bastion and that's pretty much it. Everyone else it's usually too difficult / not worth sticking to.
Though I did stick it to a poor Hanzo once. Had to get that achievement bruv.

I noticed Reinhardt's has massive particle shines
I've found that you can typically get better results with Mcree's ult if you just shoot them them when the Deadeye marker is nearly full enough to cause significant damage.
Doesn't outright kill them, but it WILL massively hurt and probably end up taking that person out of the fight for awhile, leaving them to withdraw or get mopped up by teammates.
