Thought it'd be easy to spot, which is why I put them side by side, but all golden weapons glitter and sparkle now in PTR.
See the little sun glares that pop up everywhere on the one on the right? That's new. They also toned down the gradient light a bit so it's not too excessive. I actually really like this change.

If you stomp, it doesn't necessarily means you are playing well, it could mean the enemy team is playing like shit
I just played a few rounds as Mercy only. I understand now, she's so... nothing. Her pistol is cool, but she heals slowly and has to focus her entire attention on the person she's dealing with
idk ive never had a major issue with genji in his current state, the only hero i'd consider fucked up in terms of balance is zarya, nightmare to kill with that shitey shield ability, shedload of hp and considered a tank but a hitbox roughly the same size of reaper,

Nah, it's just saying that beating people worse than you is worth less than beating people as good as you. It makes perfect sense.
I hate it when every single time I play Zenyatta my team refuses to join up and get on point while I ult and instead they disperse and do fuck all. I can't wait for comp to come back.

Why is Winston so fucking bad.
Literally pointless, I have never seen him be more than a distraction.
His gun has two modes, it's either about as effective as a hairdryer that needs to reload every other second or if you make he right sacrifice to the RNG gods on the third Thursday of every month then it becomes a fucking deathstar.
I was playing as Tracer fighting off a Winston in such close quarters that we might as well have been conjoined twins and I managed to kill him losing barely any health.
I'm not a big Winston player but I think it needs something changed because I should have died and so should a lot of people he was firing at.

Nah, that's why I stopped playing competitive in CS:GO. The problem is as soon as you have this mind-set, you really start to play worse, so you end up in a vicious cycle. You just have to try and not think too much about it.

i play winston a lot and normally do really well as him, i'd say he's balanced pretty well, his jump jets recharge super quick so he's always got a way out, he can get the drop on people pretty quick and you can always drop the shields at the right angle to still damage people while they cant hit you. plus his beam goes through reinhardts shield and genjis deflect

Most maps do not have any place to reliably hide it
The teleporter gives the enemy team ESP about its existence
It takes so long to set up, and is limited to 6 charges
She can't even gain ultimate while its up
plus it requires running Symmetra, which is objectively never really a good idea.
It has its useses, but I'd call it worse than dead eye just by how limited and defenseless it is.

Since I've been playing Hanzo a lot recently I've destroyed a lot of riptires, and I always feel a little bad when I peg it as soon as I see it.
