Since the voice lines are the main indicator of when someone is ulting I doubt they would ever let them be modified

Yeah its kinda annoying against a good team with a good D.Va, because she is such a huge distraction and can pop her ult AFTER her mech hits 0hp then get another free mech. I believe though, if you don't manage to kill her during getting into her new mech, the mech still takes damage the entire time shes getting in despite not showing a health bar (It really should), so as long as you focus again during that long animation she's an easy kill.
If you have a reinhart you can easily instakill her by timing a charge for her ejecting and it will pin her before she can do anything. Reinhart in general is a pretty good counter against her, his big swings annihilate her as a pilot, and if you are decent at hitting charges you will kill her every time.

yeah, more often than not when I catch a D.Va getting into her mech, I can bring it down to about 1/3 of its health before she even gets control back. Also when shes getting out she can take damage before she can move. Like you said, a Reinhardt is really good against her because his first swing can hit while shes still ejecting then the second swing can kill her while shes still in the air.
I wish "team play of the game" was a thing. It's a bit depressing catching the entire enemy team in Zarya's ult only for PotG to go to some guy that tickled most of them and then got a bunch of elims + 1 extra kill.

So I had a match as bastion.
Usually in quickplay it's not too bad, but I had the impression that every single class in the enemy team was a direct counter of mine. And then I realized it was.
Genji, Tracer, Reaper, McCree, Hanzo, Widowmaker, D.va, Ana, Zenyatta, it's amazing how many direct counters Bastion has.

None of his nerfs touched deflect. What will you do? Learn and imp- naaaahhh
His deflect was never really the problem it was the double jump wallrun double jump giving him a huge mobility advantage that no other hero has. His deflect is the best part of his kit, and being able to melee him is a fair balance to that ability.
Triple jump was fine, your trajectory mid air is insanely predictable, almost to a fault.
The problem is that now that you can't triple jump anymore, Genji's wallrun will be even [I]less[/I] consistent, and it's already extremely shit.

Not really, when pressure is finally applied you can dash out, recharge all your abilities and health and go back to the fight.
Ignoring the fact that's not what I was saying at all, there are many heroes that can chase genji just fine before and definitely now
