quick question, do the emotes you get in the PTR carry over to the regular game when the patch hits?

It's nice in a way since you can spend out on the PTR and enjoy the skins/lines/emotes before you figure if you want them when the live client updates. since credits spent in also doesn't transfer back over to main client.

i bought 90 loot boxes and leveled up 25+ times. i can say that japan genji and usa mccree are rarer than legendaries

I would say Korea D.Va and Japan Genji are rarer then the lengendaries.
