Enemy footsteps are either very loud or nonexistent depending on what the game feels like doing

That should only happen if you have equalizers or other filters going on elsewhere.

It's not that they didn't learn, it's that they chose to finish either Eichenwalde or Route 66, and they chose Route 66 with Eichenwalde being released post-release, so it's going to be designed the same as the other maps in the game.

Basically. You fire a projection of yourself which then fires a normal shotgun shot.
Try it out in training mode to get a good feel of when to use it. A well-placed altfire lets you kill a lot of characters in one shot from a distance, and it's really great for stressing Reinhardt's shield.

His alt fire shoots a ball of scrap for about 5ish meters (i'm not exactly sure) before it explodes into a regular shotgun blast
its a really good tool if you get good at aiming it, because it can hurt like a bitch with each meatshot doing anywhere between 225 and 450 damage, though if your too close the scrap ball will just hit the enemy and do 50-100 damage, or if your too far it will only do anywhere between 25-75 damage.
