That's what I mean, I'm curious to see if it's properly animated. I own a Model 81 in .300 Savage. As far as I'm aware this is the first game where a Model 8/81 series rifle is usable.
Didn't know you own one, thats pretty awesome! I took the wording of your question wrong and I thought you were asking if how it recoiled in the game was how it worked in real life, my bad.

It costs $1.75 to pull the trigger on the fucking thing so I hardly do, it's nice to be able to play with it for much cheaper in a video game. Anyways, I'd really like to see the pistol carbines and such be usable by at least one other class. The Pieper, Artillery Luger, and C96 Carbine are too cool for something that'll hardly ever get used. I'd really love to be able to use the C96 Carbine with the offset scope that you can use in the campaign as well. I was thinking maybe Support, i'm sure there's lots of people who like playing support for the mortar and would rather use a pistol carbine than a machine gun.
I was laughing my ass off from that death scream, was that added in by you or actually ingame?
https://youtu.be/uXEiU6JEnD4?t=14
https://youtu.be/uXEiU6JEnD4?t=14
Not from that, it originates from The Ninth Configuration [editline]20th October 2016[/editline] Also Broken Arrow
God this game is great. Started off maining medic, but got kinda bored with it and moved to scout. Did fucking awful for several games, but it started clicking and I started getting better. Then, playing with my buddies, we needed a support so I switched and never looked back. I can't decide if the light tank is OP or not but Its It's my favorite vehicle. The howitzer variant is strong as fuck, saw a guy in a window on a second floor and shot him. All the walls disappeared and I got a quad kill. :v:
Who the fuck at dice thought giving a semi automatic 23 damage and extremely short range was a good idea?
Any Asians here can confirm whether or not are there any servers in Singapore or Vietnam or any other Asian country that's not fucking Japan? I don't want to buy this game only to end up not playing Scout at all because quality 200 ping.
Philippines here, can confirm Asian servers are still all Japan at the moment. Usually get 50~70ms ping, but I guess it's because we are closer to Japan. Here's hoping maybe once the game officially launches they'll add in more Asian servers.
A full heavy tank with a support backing it up is nearly unstoppable unless half your team goes assault. You just can't approach it at all and any damage you do manage it just pops smoke and runs away to heal. I had a match last night where the enemy team had two fully loaded heavy tanks and the took half the match and half the team to destroy them, and then another today where a heavy tank lasted an entire round and was only destroy with less than a minute left. The driver ended up 30 and 1 and each of the gunners had 15+ kills. It was outrageously frustrating.
Second to last defense line point B on Monte Grappa is bullshit.

However, operations is amazing. The immersion is fantastic and it really feels like you're in a war. Each map is REALLY fun and beautiful in their own way and just feels massive
I read that the Battlefield one's campaign is only around 4 hours long. Is that true? That's extremely disappoint if it is, while BF3 and 4 didn't have too good a campaign Battlefield One actually looks good.
I'm not sure cause I wouldn't play it (Preorder for 40 CAD/discount for USD in GMG), but someone on this thread commented 6-7 hours. I wasn't really worried considering knowing how DICE isn't well talented with single players games (Bad Company was just a coincidence honestly)

Some of the sections are surprisingly difficult, even on Medium.

So far most of my teams have been very communicative, especially in operations mode, but I expect that'll die down as more copies sell.
So far most of my teams have been very communicative, especially in operations mode, but I expect that'll die down as more copies sell.
The best chance you have to win as attackers in Operations for the next few weeks is this evening. Most of the people who got Early Enlister are longtime fans of the series so they know what to expect. Once the general public comes (including the guys who jumped from CoD), teamwork will probably break down for a bit. It sounds like I'm disparaging CoD players, but lets be real, there's not really much teamwork needed unless you're like one of those MLG guys who plays in a clan, and most players aren't. And if they've never played a battlefield game before, they won't know the basics of healing, reviving, ammo giving, repairing, spotting, bullet drop, etc. just because they haven't experienced it in a game before, unless of course they read up on the game mechanics.
I really wish there was a firing range. I feel like the point of impact on some of the rifles sights are off because I keep not getting hits on stationary targets and I want to fiddle with it and see what's wrong
Would be cool to have a proving grounds where you can dick around with the stuff you've unlocked and configure your kit and vehicles outside of a match. It could be like arma's test range or whatever it was called.

I just received my cd-key from cdkeys.com. So I guess they're pretty damn legit.
Battlefield 4 had a test range which was just an island with all the vehicles and weapon kits lying about and some targets marked as enemies
I wish the building in that map was set up more like a killhouse so you could test weapons in a more realistic setting. It's all well and good knowing a weapon's recoil pattern, but you still don't know how the delay after sprinting, the reload time, and the hip fire accuracy are. You can just dick about to figure that stuff out but a killhouse would help with giving practice some structure.

I'm confused. Is this game out or what? I thought it came out on the 21st.
I'm confused. Is this game out or what? I thought it came out on the 21st.
The official release date is the 21st but people who bought the Early Enlisted edition got to play it 3 days earlier.
The official release date is the 21st but people who bought the Early Enlisted edition got to play it 3 days earlier.
Oh, great, can't wait to get annihilated by everyone cause they were able to play before me. :(
are Battlepacks extremely rare or something? I'm rank 12 and haven't had a single one drop yet
are Battlepacks extremely rare or something? I'm rank 12 and haven't had a single one drop yet
I think it depends if you get on the Highlights at the end of the round and where you are on the scoreboard.
I think it depends if you get on the Highlights at the end of the round and where you are on the scoreboard.
No, it's completely random. I've had situtations where I played like absolute shit and got a drop and also situations where I've been at the top + the highlights and got a drop.
