I just fucking realized now, after all this time playing, that there are unlockable vehicles with completely different loadouts.
at rank 22, my first Battlepack
Guess you are unlucky. Btw does battlepack unlock with score or its random?
On the topic, im getting fed up with how little I actually get battlepacks. Like my friends seem to get them EVERY round and i barely get any. And then I don't even get the rare shit or puzzle pieces. Grrrr
The whole "Blimp transitioning between dimensions and melting into the ground" thing is kinda getting old. Had one actually clip THROUGH an underground bunker and kill everyone :v:
Guess you are unlucky. Btw does battlepack unlock with score or its random?
Its random but affected somewhat with your score, apparently. On one hand I get them more often when I top the scoreboard, on the other hand I once got in a game right as it ended and got one.
That's unfortunate, I was hoping we'd all get bolt action rifles to start with, then branch out into class weapons. It sucks having to go Scout just to use one.
Atleast scout is really good. Spotting flare is incredibly good considering it can't be destroyed like spotting things in previous games, and it can set enemies on fire, and has a very large spotting area.
After playing this a while, I'm finding there's a tad too much Battlefront in this
I kind of feel the same way. It's hard to put a finger on exactly what gives me that feeling, but I think it's the overall pace of the game. It's really fast, and to be honest I wish it was slower. Maybe it's the time to kill, maybe it's the spawn times, or maybe it's the server/map sizes, I don't really know. But there is definitely this nagging feeling in the back of my head that there's more similarities to Battlefront in some weird hard to place way than I'd like. It's both unfair and untrue to say that BF1 is a reskinned Battlefront, but it's not an unfounded claim.
I feel like I'm pretty lucky considering how many battlepacks I get.
Its random but affected somewhat with your score, apparently.
I don't think so. Top or high score for like 2 days and got like one near the end of it.
I don't think so. Top or high score for like 2 days and got like one near the end of it.
I mean, its how they said it worked, maybe I was just lucky.
Atleast scout is really good. They're just so essential to clearing contested points. I've been mostly playing scout and support though. I have medic at rank 10 as well but I don't have as much time in it. I only have assault at 4. I want the revolver you get from rank 10 but I like using the shotguns and I only tend to play it on Argonne or Amiens.
Hoping for some night maps as well
Bruh, operation Iron Wall is just a clusterfuck. The first two bases are easy to take but the third base is impossible to capture, especially the B flag. DICE just had to put the B flag on top of the underground tunnel that constantly get spam with gas and grenade.
I saw someone complaining about the M1903 Experimental and decided to give it a shot earlier. Is anyone else finding its actually pretty good? Was using it to push objectives and play as an aggressive scout this evening and I ended up topping the scoreboard with it. Managed to rack up 40-something kills on Amiens Conquest.

Managed to rack up 40-something kills on Amiens Conquest.
i played exclusively assault/scout for a good 7 hours before finally trying the medic class. first round, 22/1 with 20+ revives and 30+ heals. Switched to the 1903 exp. and it's essentially a less buff medic gun that fires faster. I feel it's a great balance between the assault's useless longer range, and the medic's too OP semi-auto any range dominance. It says something bad when a medic can kill a scout, even though the scout sees them first. Scout guns are just too inaccurate, medic guns are essentially too accurate and rapid-fire. the 1903 makes things better but just simply removes longer ranges from the scout.
The martini Henry rifle is so god damn fun to use
I saw someone complaining about the M1903 Experimental and decided to give it a shot earlier. I wish the Gasser killed in one headshot
how do you people make the FP logo on the companion app so well? mine looks like complete shit
https://emblem.battlefield.com/baHTtuWaJx here ya go [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZhQo4nu.png[/t]
Hope we get some more variety with cavalry, I find going about slicing people down to be extremely satisfying. Some lances would be dope, granting some extended melee reach, perhaps at the cost of speed, or a timed strike? Also on that note, when we get France, cuirassiers please:
Still waiting for my SP unlocks to register in MP. It took the auto revolver skin a day to register, and i am still waiting for the howdah, russian lever action, black bess and so on, skins to unlock in MP.
So many times I've been killed because of a ledge I get stuck trying to vault over
If Dice can't make their vaulting much more reliable than it is and has been for every Frostbite installment then they need to think about other systems. For example a slightly higher manual jump, doing away with mantling animation especially with small objects. Personally I don't favour mantling at all, even if it works 100%, because it introduces a period of time where you are not in control. The same goes for knife take downs where you are locked in to a 'press f to pay respects' anim where you can't respond to changing threats. These don't have any place in an even remotely competitive MP PC game. I can understand for console games.

medic weapons are too powerful support weapons aren't powerful enough sniper is fine, but nobody is using the spotting flare when it's insane assault is fine i'm right you're wrong don't argue
medic weapons are too powerful support weapons aren't powerful enough sniper is fine, but nobody is using the spotting flare when it's insane assault is fine i'm right you're wrong don't argue
Bet you play support, right?
https://emblem.battlefield.com/baHTtuWaJx here ya go [t]http://i.imgur.com/ZhQo4nu.png[/t]
lazy people can scan this instead of opening this thread on your phone [t]https://jii.moe/N1OhC3L1f.png[/t] if you don't have a barcode scanner in 2016 you are doing it wrong
Anyone else getting wonky mouse controls from changing the process priority to high?
medic weapons are too powerful support weapons aren't powerful enough sniper is fine, but nobody is using the spotting flare when it's insane assault is fine i'm right you're wrong don't argue
Scout class is truly fine as it is, if anyone gets annoyed by enemy snipers you oughta counter-snipe them to teach a lesson. Also i've seen plenty of people use flares though, i personally find it really funny when you shoot your enemy first with flare to set them on fire, then shoot with the rifle for that 1 shot kill.
Bet you play support, right?
achtually i have all the classes to 10, hence my post
