I just noticed in BF1 gameplay that there's a Mirror's Edge-like door opening mechanic where you use your bodyweight to slam open the door. Neat.
Went and bought BF4 because its $5 on origin right now, hope it was worth the $5
Went and bought BF4 because its $5 on origin right now, hope it was worth the $5
Prepare to be satisfied.
Hard not to be satisfied when you buy a $5 game. The only time I've been left disappointed is when i bought Kane and Lynch 2 for $5.
Hard not to be satisfied when you buy a $5 game. The only time I've been left disappointed is when i bought Kane and Lynch 2 for $5.
i bought the complete edition of brink for $6. i was very disappointed.
i bought the complete edition of brink for $6. i was very disappointed.
I preordered the game. Guess what taught me to never preorder :v:
I preordered the game. Guess what taught me to never preorder :v:
Even after all this time, I'm still disappointed about that decision as well ...
...Is it even feasible to get the Elephant Gun and Syndicate rifle anymore?
Hard not to be satisfied when you buy a $5 game. The only time I've been left disappointed is when i bought Kane and Lynch 2 for $5.
Never been so disappointed by something bearing my name. Eugh.
Hard not to be satisfied when you buy a $5 game. The only time I've been left disappointed is when i bought Kane and Lynch 2 for $5.
Pre-ordered K&L2 for £35 Nothing will ever remove the shame.
I bought BF4 l+Premium as well. Though with my slow download speed wont be able to play for a while
Im really happy that they're making the bullet velocity higher across the board. Thats something that bothered me in the past two games was how slow the bullets moved. The Battle Rifles in Hardline all had really high bullet velocities and it made using them feel so much better.
is it worth it to get BF4 premium for $20 or are they still giving out a free DLC every week?' edit: bit the bullet and bought the premium edition.
The British team appears to have skins representing different parts of the British empire [t]http://i.imgur.com/tAQXi7j.png[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/DJX1lJg.png[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/g6B8EB1.png[/t]
The sun never sets on the British Empire after all.

Is it me or the british MP characters are voiced by the same guy who did the british voice commands in bf1942 ? you can hear the voice at 0:54
Never been so disappointed by something bearing my name. Eugh.
Oh sweet your name is Lynch? That's a cool name! I just found out it's a fairly common surname. I shall leave this post of shame right here. :frown:
20 points per kill? Damn right Ptfo
120 per kill. 100 points for 100 damage and 20 for the kill itself.

I'd say Cadorna was second only to Field Marshal Conrad von Hötzendorf in terms of incompetence. extra: If you want to know more about the First World War, check out "The Great War" channel on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUcyEsEjhPEDf69RRVhRh4A It's covering the entirety of the war, week by week, exactly 100 years later. (literally right now, 100 years ago, the Battle of Verdun was still ongoing.) back to topic however, I personally think EA not including France & Russia, the two largest members of the Triple Entente in the base game is a big insult to the whole view of the war and of those from those respective countries, as they had contributed the most in fighting off the Germans & the Austrian-Hungarian Empire. Hell, I hope they make sure to add in characters from all of the dominions as well, because they all played a part within the War. This whole ' 'merica first' outlook is just plain stupid because they only made major contributions in manpower towards the end of the war, whereas the Brits, French, Russians were fighting since day 1. But then again, this is battlefield, and I shouldn't expect historical accuracy from a game that's growing closer to becoming a CoD clone now more than ever. One other thing: If EA does a whole DLC for the Gallipoli campaign, I hope it's not done in a way that furthers the whole "national consciousness" thing that is sprouted by many here as being the defining moment for Australia, because that campaign was a complete failure, a waste of time, resources and virtually a slaughter for some far-fetched hope they could break through the Dardanelles and get to Constantinople (aka Istanbul). Even Churchill himself, the person that put forward the idea to Kitchener, regretted the fact that they even went through with it, he himself said a few years before the war began that such an offensive would be impossible.
If I ever play British I'm probably gonna be losing focus every time I laugh at the announcements "objective butter has been lost"
Just you wait, all of them will have the same generic 'English' accent until there's a voicepack DLC.
BC2 had different voices for each class. I wish they still did that.
So I bought Battlefield Hardline for $5. I liked the campaign. Haven't tried the multiplayer because it's fucking dead.
Thank you, I thought I was the only. I thought the Hardline campaign was quite good, you don't often get a light-hearted buddy cop story in games and this one was actually done relatively well. Some of the missions were surprisingly open-ended (especially the final mission, that was almost like a mini Far Cry 3) and it had some really neat moments in general.
But it's just English military's phonetic alphabet,.
So couldn't i change my language in the game to french?
What BF4 servers do you guys usually frequent? I'd like to squad up. I joined the FPNA platoon. I go by JuanTacoPlz if you ever catch me. Also are you all on a teamspeak/vent or just talking through the squad voip ingame?
so right now, hardline's season pass is 20$ but the ultimate edition of hardline that includes the season pass and like 20 battlepacks is also 20$ ???????????????????
so right now, hardline's season pass is 20$ but the ultimate edition of hardline that includes the season pass and like 20 battlepacks is also 20$ ???????????????????
not the first time right now bf4 is cheaper than bf3
