I find myself playing support a lot just because friendly tanks almost always need some form of repair, and if on the off chance an enemy bails out of one of theirs, its an easy kill with my laser gun Canadian lmg, a quick repair, then off I go on a 15 person killing spree.
I also noticed, I guess due to the damage model and the white icon not being super visible on a flaming wreck, a lot of people don't pay attention to abandoned tanks if they're almost completely destroyed.
should i buy bf1 right now

I was playing the operation that has the Argonne forest in it as the attackers, and holy crap do gas grenades make that map cancerous to play. We ended up losing at the last minute because there were gas grenades everywhere. What was DICE thinking when they 1) gave gas grenades as a default grenade and 2) give each soldier two of them?
Sure, if you put on your gas mask, sure whatever it nullifies the effects of it. But giving each soldier [I]two[/I] of them? That's a max of 64 gas grenades [I]per side[/I] that can be thrown. And with the lack of space to maneuver on that map? :suicide: I'd be fine with one gas grenade per soldier, but bloody hell they make things awful on certain maps.

I just finished the campaign, I thought it was good although I'm not a fan of the whole stealth stuff. Through Mud and Blood and The Runner were definitely the best for me though.
On the final tier to obtain the Order of Khan medal. Match ends after I get to it and all progress reset to the first tier :|
Empire's Edge is my fav map. Gives me a lot of BF1942 vibes, like running around on the german side of Battle of Britain, not doing anything useful.

this medal resetting bullshit reminds me of the hutt contracts on battlefront, they do the exact same thing.

I love it, I have the most kills on it out of all the bolt actions (at about 500), though that's probably due to ending up playing Britain and Italy more than Germany or Austro-Hungary, but the discoloration on the front sight post bugs the shit out of me. I love that the SMLE has 10 rounds, a faster action, and a closer sweet spot, but the G98 has the best iron sights.

Sadly i am not sure how realistic of a goal that is. AFAIK with the exeption of a few semi automatic rifles and maybe one or two automatic things, the game has pretty much all weapons from the era which it could have.
They do plan 20 new weapons as DLC though, but i do have a feeling that we are going to see weapons from the 1919-1920s just so we won't only get bolt actions and pistols as new weapons.

there totally needs to be a button for medics so that they can inform the dead that they're coming for them - sometimes someone is just not close enough and is in a middle of the alleway under heavy fire, where it's not worth to risk my life to have him die instantly anyway. So I don't even bother. But sometimes you make it through, and are ready to rev some poor sod only to have him press the lmao button.
And on the other side, people who suicide - sometimes when you die, there's no prompt to give up on being revive-able, so you naturally conclude that you died in a way that prevents medics from saving you (such as melee). But then you get revived, cause apparently that wasn't the case.
Most annoying thing is when people just skip so I can't revive them

Puzzlepiece melee weapons are still the same.
Throw rocks at me but i will buy Battlepacks the instant they start selling them. I'm a sucker for this kind of stupid shit. And my life sucks so i seek the smallest pleasure everywhere.
Outside of the deluxe edition packs the only battlepacks I ever get are the ones when I join a round that's ending.

...I got three doughboys (and single arditi and mexican too)
can't say I'm terribly excited for the new lineup though, the only ones I really want are the silver auto and the gold kolibri
