Does anyone know an easier way to get Shotgun headshots? I ADS for the head but it doesn't give me the headshot bonus most of the time

Is there some kind of trick to it?

My new favorite thing is to put decoys near entrance ways of doors. The visual glint sometimes messes with people which gives me an extra half second or so advantage.
