The community have been confusing realism with authenticity, from what ive seen so far.
Battlefield never aimed for realism, neither authenticity (well, actually yes, but not full authenticity)
The first leaks of the game reported the game to be set on an alternate-timeline WW1, and others saying it was set in WW2. After the reveal of BF1, i instantly knew it was going to be all elements of WW1 (trenches, "gas warfare", etc.) mixed with WW2 fast-paced gameplay, that would explain all the rumors being quite different.
Being 100% authentic to the WW1 wouldnt work with the BF gameplay, so they had to reajust some timeline things (it looks like it mostly based on the final moments of the war) so it would fit that type of gameplay.

Ive also seen morons bringing BF3 and BF4 authenticity into the discussion.... when clearly both games are set on a fictional near-future that were never aimed for realism nor authenticity
Just some CoD fanboys feeding the BF vs CoD rage when both games are totally different to each other

killing 2 people with 1 shotgun shell, explosions, vehicle kills with multiple crew members, etc. all of those can result in high accuracy since you only fire once

If all you did was throw a single grenade and [I]hit, not killed[/I] at least 3 people in a round without shooting or throwing anything else, you would end with a minimum 300% accuracy.
I loved getting 150% accuracy with the M79 in payday 2.
