Do gamers and general audiences even care about celebrities playing games? I feel like this event could have saved a ton of money and effort by just having youtubers and regular joes on the show floor playing the game. Maybe I underestimate celebrity culture, I just want to see how the game plays.

as dumb as all this celebrity stuff is, its really really neat to see some of the guns in the trailer. Being a fan of Forgotten Weapons for so long and finally seeing stuff like the Mondragon rifle in a video game is pretty cool.

So it will mostly be shown through Squad Up's perspective, confirms for me that they're going to crush the opposition -Edit- Eating words

Hmm, iirc parachutes weren't really given out because it was thought that it would only encourage pilots to jump out of their planes instead of fighting.

getting in animations for vehicles is the most hype thing about this gameplay

The rifles seem to be emphasized as sniper rifles rahter than something for the average soldier to use, which is really disappointing for me, and there's way too many automatics. Should have just made a WWII game.

So it appears vehicles are kind of like firearms now; you can choose to spawn in any vehicle from any faction? I've seen the Germans using French tanks and the British using Germans tanks in the steam. ( With faction specific livery )

The Germans did it out of nessescity (only about 10 AV7s were built).
