I want my announcer to be an angry British lieutenant telling me to go over the top. Seriously the UI and announcer makes it feel like I'm in the animus, not like I'm fighting in WW1.

It is much better than BF4.

Every time I take a tank, I get blasted by AT aircraft. Then I go find an AA gun, and get sniped. I go all sneeki-breeki like to take out the sniper, and I get stabbed in the face. I knew I was getting worse at video games as I got older, but goddamn i've had a terrible run so far.

It's not like I'm talking about guns missing or other shit like that. It's the games inability to put me in a match I'm upset about. The games one simple job is to put me in a mp match and it cannot do that. Beta or not, shouldn't be an issue for a mp game.

After death? If you spawn as a cavalier you keep the weapons when you get off the horse. If you spawn as another class and jump on a horse you only get them temporarily.

That's one of the reasons I love Operation Metro and to a lesser extent, Operation Locker. You can't exactly go anywhere but straight forward into the haze of bullets, so people actually remember that the objectives exist, and thus, capture them.

"Battlefield 1 is a reskin of Battlefront" is the worst meme I've ever come across. I've already seen someone say it's a reskin because they both use photogrammetry, or how both the UI's are grey and transparent so the entire game is obviously a reskin etc. My favourite is when you have half of the people saying its a reskin of Battlefront and the other half saying it's a reskin of Battlefield 4 which completely conflict with each other because both those games don't play like eachother and it feels more like people are trying to find whatever reason they can to call the game bad. That's not to say the game doesn't have issues cause there is legitimate complaints I have with it (e.g. removal of the "timer" that appeared around the revive symbol from Battlefield 4), but this sudden toxic nature that has suddenly appeared around this game feels kind of disheartening and I kinda feel bad for the employees who are working on this game because of it.

Other than the UI and how the lighting works, I have no idea where it comes from. Seriously what the fuck, did we play the same game? Battlefront fell apart when everyone unlocked Bounty Hunter and could use the homing rocket infinitely and it would recharge itself. While at the same time giving you free card pickups. Holy fuck Battlefront was not playtested past level 10 was it
