Okay, not going to dig to reply to the respective comments, but... Why do you think frames that have slightly different stories/lore are not going to have a Prime variation? To me, "uncovering" Prime frames is just us rebuilding old schematics, but those schematics could be baselines for creating "new" Primes: Valkyr, Nova, and [now] Inaros. Prime can be viewed as an "upgrade" more than a separate entity. (Think Intel processors: i7 is just a better i5, but both have access to same technologies.)

That's not to say that they couldn't release an improved version of a warframe that's just not a "prime", there's often upgrades to weapons that are not "prime". The word prime was chosen to describe the Orokin gear because it carries a positive connotation and the original etymology of the word means "first", referring to how the prime gear is the original Orokin technology before the Tenno were doing their best to remake it.

Tbh this has been the least tedious frame quest ever, aside from the 200 shekels, they handed us Inaros on a silver platter pretty much. I liked it a lot.

Even some descriptions for the weapons state they are simply "Primed" versions of their normal counterparts.
