I got jolt, idk about anyone else
endurance reward is tethra's doom mods apparently, which is good because hive cache drop table is shite
endurance reward is tethra's doom mods apparently, which is good because hive cache drop table is shite
Endurance is 10min for 3,000 credits cache.
Endurance is 10min for 3,000 credits cache.
or 5 hot fresh fusion cores, we sure don't get enough of those from sorties every single day already
Yeah I did it 6 times, got 5 cores 4 times, and 2 voltaic strikes. I'm done, don't really care for what else could drop. I'm just happy this was a interesting tactical alert, I like the idea behind a melee only event (including enemies being melee only), only gripe was the huge amount of knockdown attacks enemies could use.
so what is that random item reward? is it anything good or just a pack of cores or someshit
I keep getting 5 gold cores, but it's probably different for everyone else. I got so happy that I had a full ash set...and then I forget I didn't craft the ash helmet and sold it. Goddamnit.
TBH it frustrates me when I see people complain about ash being hard to farm. Literally run one LoR session and you're pretty much 90% guaranteed the whole set.
Someone on reddit datamined the tactical alert rewards. source
It's a pretty easy 10 minutes. The rewards could be far worse, they could have chances at 10 common or 5 uncommon cores.
It's a pretty easy 10 minutes. The rewards could be far worse, they could have chances at 10 common or 5 uncommon cores.
10 minutes for 5 R5 cores is a waste of time.
10 minutes for 5 R5 cores is a waste of time.
Imagine doing anything in the game and getting 5 R5 cores because that's the case right now. You'll either get it there or somewhere else.
I'd rather farm T4 Int or Uranus missions for Cores, since I'd get ducats or keys which I could use. The only thing worth while on that list is the Forma and Exilus Adapter, which combined have less than a 0.6% drop chance, The drop table for that mission is awful, the fact that it doesn't give you a reward at 5 minutes as well even more so.

I was carrying an entire party of retards using the goofiest frames and at many points during the endurance round I was fighting off literally all the enemies of a 4 man party with my 3 team mates ko'd. Some of them were mastery rank 13+, I don't know how they didn't realize that optimized rhino iron skin costs ~13 energy and leaves you quite well defended to just casually stroll through the mission
I only really farmed that endurance mission because of the Super Unique Enemy Type [sp]Big Manic (with a big knife)[/sp] so I could get Ash finally, otherwise it probably is a waste of time. DE sure has a problem with droprates, don't they. In other news I fucking love Inaros- I didn't spend much time using his abilities when levelling him up on Ceres, so figuring out the best way to keep living was the best. Here's a few tips for those starting out- - his first ability is a great way to blind a group of enemies and possibly use stealth kills to heal off of them, though when you're in a party they're most likely to kill them all before anything happens - Devour[sp]our our our[/sp] is pretty bad when against lower enemies, as the devouring doesn't last nearly as long, but on higher levels it's a godsend as you can stun an annoying enemy and use them to gain your health very quickly (though eximus troops do not spawn as sand minions afterwards) - When you're full on health and have a lot of energy, sandstorm is a great way to waste it all. Kinda a useless ability, though if you have a devour target nearby you'll use them as health and gain a sand minion -Charge his armor right when the match starts to about half your health, enough to build up a lot of armor while at the same time not putting you at risk. My first time charging it fully left me at 300 health and died pretty quick after Overall, fantastic frame, probably my favorite of all of them right now
Haven't seen this on the thread, but its about time!

Did see a lot of strange choices, and a lot of people not really doing much to help the team, I saw people using ember for god's sake. Pretty standard for pubs, half the people I meet are either gods or total shit.
First round I went max efficiency Loki with a jat kittag, which worked very well and would probably have been the ideal setup for me. So of course for the rest of the missions I just went Nova + glaive to see if I could do it with a terrible loadout
Really diggin Inaros right now.
Pocket saaaaand

ash parts drop like candies in new tactical alert
I was disappointed with Inaros at first, because I had been told he was a summon-frame, but now that I understand all his lifedrain stuff, I think it's great.
One thing that annoyed me is that his Scarab Armor costs energy to cast. It's free to channel at the cost of health but costs energy to actually cast the swarms? Lame. I could have really used that to lock down the heaps of infested in my last excavator mission after getting sucked dry by three Parasitics.
Yeah, how they advertised him to be a minion frame was complete BS. You get sand shades so infrequently (same issue as the old Mind Control) and they are so weak that they might as well not be there at all.

Apparently Inaros was nerfed hard just before release, perhaps his minion-making capacity was the main victim.
I think it should be that enemies devoured/killed in quicksand should create the sand clone. The need for Inaros to devour the enemy himself makes the sand clones non-existent.

Inaros's only big draws for me was its health pool, first ability and ultimate. His second skill is, frankly, a big gimmick and Sandstorm is just too slow and eats too much energy. I'd have loved to see what made pre-launch Inaros so overpowered.
As much as I like the devour gimmick (and how much health you get from absorbing an enemy from it), the strategy I used during the 25-energy melee-only runs hasn't changed much at all. A shame, but I still love the character so it's no skin off my back.
