Trading is a big effort in general
Why do you have to physically invite them to a game just to trade, why can't you just click their name and get the same trade menu

Because that would allow them to trade without a Dojo for one of the two.
And that's saving alot of resources.

So I got Hydroid crafted because I had some spare argon and I didn't have really anything else I could craft with it and I have to say he's indeed by far the ugliest Warframe.
I was kinda skeptical when people told me that he's design was bad but now I see what they meant. He looks like a cthulhu reject made out of seaweed using ragged clothes.

As soon as I had the plat (and decided I was gonna keep him), I instantly bought the pirate hat because his regular helmet looks crappy. Once I get back to the game I'll take a picture of his outfit though, I'm pretty proud of the pirate outfit colors I made of him.
Can someone buy me the Primed Heavy Trauma off of Baro? Can't get into the game right now because I need to redownload everything which will take awhile considering my download speed (300kbps~). I'll pay 50 plat for it.

I've played a bit of Hydroid, and I actually enjoy using him. Really useful for survival missions.

I feel like a AAA game (or production equivalent) in the warframe universe would be pretty crazy. Being an unwilling bystander in the gigantic clusterfuck conflict between the Grineer, Corpus, Infested, Corrupted, and Sentients would be trippy as hell to play

See, let me give you the real low down of how to use the tonkor.
I'm not gonna say anybody is wrong (but they are0 but I'm gonna tell you how you actually use the Tonkor.
First, you need a frame that fits a pirate stereotype, for whom will be Hydroid.
Second, you need a specific color scheme. Black, Brown, and either red or blu. The red needs to be the most prominent.
Next, you're going to need a galatine to cut off heads with, equip a berserker mod so with each head you'll grow stronger and faster.
Third, bagpipes.
Fourth, you need to equip explosives that stick to the enemy, castanas or talons should work fine, but preferably talons. Only real irishmen use explosives.
Fifth, have a snazzy "Meet the" video starring yourself, and your wackjob antics against the GRNR team.
