The currently vaulted prime frames are: Frost, Mag, Ember, and Rhino. Loki is going to be vaulted next. The rest of the frames you can get via grinding void keys, and you can use the wikia to find where each part drops at, and there's always people in the recruiting channel looking for others to join them on their runs. This game is basically just an infinite nonstop grind, why pay to skip content? Also you probably don't have enough credits to buy every prime frame ATM due to trade tax, but you get like minimum 20k per mission completed.

Man today is a really good day for trading. Sold 2 Frost Prime Helmets for 40p each in less than an hour.

I have the syandana from last time it was available, love it, but buy heated charge first. Just realised now that I have Primed Heated Charge I'm gonna need a whole lot more forma for all my secondaries. On top of the cores for the mod itself. The grind never ends does it?
